TERMS & CONDITIONS : 1. No tender form will be issued from this end (Rate should be submitted in own letter pad as per the proforma given in Annexure A). 2. Rates should be quoted in figure and words as per (Annexure A) inclusive all charges (loading and unloading & other incidental charges & delivery charges up to Project Godown/office) 4. In case of Co-Operatives certificates of Exemption regarding Earnest/Security Money duly recommended by ARCS as well as an undertaking signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Co- Operative in respect of participation of said Co-Operative in the tender. 5. The accepted rates of all items shall be valid for a term of One year from the date of acceptance of the tender (s) by the DLTC. 6. No prayer for enhancement of rate during the contract period will be entertained. 7. The tenderer must have to supply the articles within fifteen days from the date of issue of Work Order, failing which risk purchase will be made by the CDPO and difference of amount will be recovered from the Security Money. 8. The DLTC for appraisal and Finalisation of Tenders reserves the right the to accept and reject any tender/part of tender without assigning reason thereof. 9. The purchase order will be given in accordance with the necessity of the Anganwadi centres of the Project subject to the availability of the fund. 10. PLTC is the recommending authority, final approval will be given by DLTC, Malda.Any dispute if arise, the decision of the DLTC will be final. Sl no. The Earnest Money deposited by the successful tenderer may be forfeited if the tenderer fails to furnish the Security Money(within seven days ) and the Authority may provide the work order to the second lowest tenderer without any correspondence. 13. The Security money may be forfeited if the successful tender(s) /fails to supply the articles in satisfactory manner. 3
