Purchase of Engine 2L New Model (Qaabli Japanese) Sealed tenders are invited from the reputed Auto workshop Islamabad/Rawalpindi and Registered with Sales Tax Department, having National Tax Number (NTN) for the complete engine overhauling of following Vehicles with genuine spare parts and Supply/Installation of Engine 2L New Model (Qaabli Japanese). This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at Terms and Conditions 1. The quotations should be sent in a sealed cover duly written on the Envelope Quotation Overhauling of Engine which will be opened in the presence of the bidders. 2. The rates should be in round figure (in paisas are not acceptable) inclusive of all applicable Taxes. 3. The tenderer(s) shall have to deposit 2.50% earnest money in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft only (Cheques are not acceptable) in favor of Pakistan Institute of Development Economics, Islamabad along with quotation. 4. The vender must have established Auto authorized workshops at Islamabad/Rawalpindi, which will be inspected by the Institute s authorized Officer (if deem necessary). 5. The participating firms will have to give their G.S.T./NTN number and Profile. 6. The firms(s) must be at ATL of FBR and never been blacklisted. 7. No advance payment shall be made to successful vender and payment shall be released after completion of the Engine Overhauling/Purchase of Engine and checking. Continued.

All the original spare parts of Hino and Toyota Companies will have to be replaced and if try to put sub-standard brands the order will be cancelled, earnest money will be forfeited and firm will be blacklisted. 9.
