1 On Nvember 5, 2017, a public wrkshp was held at Warner Library t cntinue the dialgue regarding Tarrytwn s Cmprehensive Plan update. Appendix A shws a sample f the pstcard inviting peple t attend. The cnsulting team reprted back n the gals and bjectives f the Cmprehensive Plan and hw cmments and cncerns f Tarrytwn residents frm the September 17 th wrkshp had been integrated. Appendix B shws the agenda fr the day s event. Themes f the cmprehensive plan were brken int three statins fr further cnversatin Built Envirnment/Ecnmy; Mbility; and Cmmunity, Culture, Educatin/Sustainability & Resiliency/Open Space and Natural Resurces. Participants participated in tw sessins during the curse f the wrkshp. Facilitatrs discussed specific strategies t vercme issues faced by Tarrytwn. Discussin was had n trade-ffs, balances, and future changes. Sme sessins had mapping exercises. Belw are the ntes recrded n the flipcharts during the wrkshp. Each theme is brken up int Sessin 1 and 2. At the cnclusin f the wrkshp, participants engaged in ffering cmments and suggestins regarding the gals and bjectives frmulated by the cnsulting team.
