5 BASIC STRUCTURE State-of-the-art Technology, Revolutionizing Productivity and High Performance KBN135/L (Table Moving Type) Column Moving Structure - KBN135C, KBN135LC The all in one structure of, Z Axis bed can maintain the high accuracy even when the machine is moved. (Easy for accuracy adjustment) Extended machining territory - KBN135L KBN135L is fit for processing extra large products through extending the slide ways by 4,000 mm for axis, 2,500mm for Y axis and 1,600mm for Z axis. Air Semi-Rising Slide Way By adapting the semi-rising sliding ways the load on the and Z-axis slide way is decreased. Application of Full Axis Box Guide Way All Guideways are hardened and ground box type for long-term rigidity and accuracy. By dramatically decreasing the slide way load the and Z-axis is able to hold tolerance and repeatability over longer cycle times. KBN135C/CL (Columm Moving Type) The Z-axis of the machine is constructed as a moving column. The biggest benefit of a moving column horizontal is the increased rigidity and the reduction in heat generated. Hence, it retains accuracy and repeatability at the highest levels of machining. Extended Slide Way (KBN135CL) The slide ways of the KBN135CL have been extended by 1000 MM in the -axis and 400mm in the Z-axis making it possible to machine larger work pieces.
