The sealed quotation shall receive by this office on or before 18/09/2017 up to 1500 Hrs. and will be opened on same day at 15:30 hrs. in the office of the Dy. 3 In Envelope A (Technical Bid), The Company/Franchisee/Distributor/Dealer should submit a self-attested photo copy of 1. Trade license, 2. Company/ Firm valid authorization certificate for Franchisee/Distributor/Dealership, 3. Registration certificate of GST with HSN Code No., 4. PAN Card and 5. NIQ of AAI duly signed & seal. 03. In Envelope B (PRICE Bid), The Company/Franchisee/Distributor/Dealer should quoted rate as per enclosed format / proforma or in your firm letter pad as per enclosed format (Annexure I) which should be duly signed & seal. 04. Quotation should be submitted in 2 Nos. sealed Envelope containing documents as mentioned in column/serial no. 02 & 03 for technical Bid & price schedule (Annexure I ) respectively. Without signed & seal the quotation will not accepted. 05. The quotation shall have a validity of minimum 90 Days from the date of opening of the same. 06. The rates for each should be quoted including all taxes and state levies etc. 07. All points/columns mention in the schedule of Rate/Price (Annexure I) and check list (Annexure II) & NIQ should be filled up (mandatory). 08. AAI does not issue any C or D forms. 09. Make and Specifications, of Tyres to be supplied, shall be clearly mentioned in the schedule of rate (Annexure I). 10. No advance payment will be paid by this office. However, the payment will be made by RTGS/ E payment after confirmation of receipt/ delivery of items in good condition within the period of 15 to 20 days. 11. Warranty/Guarantee will be applicable as per OEM specification or not less than 12 months. 12. The Tyres & Tubes will be jointly inspected by the representatives of supplier/firm and Airports Authority of India in the premises of consignee at the time of delivery. 13. The supplier is liable for replacement of items if found defective or poor workmanship on his own cost. 14. Delivery period 30 days from the date of supply order F.O.R. Guwahati. 15. Make, Size & Serial Nos. shall be clearly mentioned in the dispatch voucher/challan at the time of supply/delivery of items. 16.
