Terms and conditions: Bid against the above auction sale should be as is where is basis. Reserve price of the above materials is Rs lakh. Rates should be quoted for the entire stacked materials mentioned in valuation report. Part rate or conditional rates will be not be considered for acceptance. EMD to be deposited along with the offer is 25% of the total offered value in the form of Bank draft drawn in favour of Oriental Bank of Commerce (For M/s Emsons Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd). Without Caution money no auction bid will be considered and the bid will be rejected summarily. Auction will be awarded to the highest bidder and the highest bidder shall be informed through Telephone. However Bank reserves right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof. Auction Purchaser shall have to submit affidavit ( before the issue of sale certificate from the Bank) about satisfaction of the movable goods kept at the said premises and verification of documents like valuation report kept with Bank and his participation in auction proceeding in transparent manner and undertaking that he shall not claim any compensation from the bank etc.

Sector -1, Salt Lake, Kolkata within 10 days from the date of the notice which has been uploaded in Bank s Website Balance amount of auction bid to be paid by the selected bidder within 5 days from the date of receiving the acceptance order from the OBC Bank in the form of bank draft payable in favour of Oriental Bank of Commerce (For M/s Emsons Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd). Failing on the part of selected bidder to deposit the balance amount within the specified date will liable themselves for cancellation of contract and in that case the caution money deposited against the auction bid will be forfeited in the credited of the OBC Bank. Successful bidder should arrange the shifting of the auctioned materials immediately on receipt of the written order for such shifting and complete the full shifting at his own cost with 15 days from the date of written order from the Bank. Intending bidders having adequate experience in the respective field and financial solvency are requested to visit the premises for inspection between 2-0 p.m. to 4-0 p.m. on in working days (Monday to Friday) with prior information to the bank.
