1 Tenders Quotation are invited to conduct electric audit of branches in Vadodara Region, Gujarat State Dena Bank intends to conduct electrical audit in our all 74 branches including Regional Office, Vadodara, Currency Chest with ATM and 11 off-site ATMs in Vadodara Region, Gujarat State in order to prevent possible accidents due to electrical faults and to ensure that no penalty is being levied by electrical supplier company due to excess demand load and / or low power factor. Dena Bank intends to invite quotation for the above said work from licensed electrical engineers. Please note that the offeror should invariably mention their telephone number, mobile number and ID, if any. The Auditor s firm requires the jfollowing necessary documents : 1. Certificate for Authorisation for Energy Audits issued by Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector. 2. Electrical Contractor s Licenses, Gujarat State 3. Pan No. 4. Service Tax No. ( Registration ) 5. List of Tools 6. List of work done, last one year The offer should be given for three different categories as branches are located in Urban, Semiurban & Rural areas. (A) Local Branches of Vadodara City (b) Out of Vadodara upto 100 Km. Range (C) Out of Baroda 101 to 200 Km. Range Sealed offers are invited in two bid system viz. part 1. Bio -Data of their firm with license number and above mentioned details Part II Price Bid with time frame for completion in two separate sealed covers; both shall be placed in one envelope by the offerer. Last date of submission of offers is upto 5.00 p.m. on Offers should be valid for a minimum period of 120 days from the last date of submission. No brokerage shall be paid. Other Miscellaneous Points : (i) As per the guideline, the power supply inside the strong room must be provided through a cable, drawn out from the electrical wiring inside the strong room. The free end of the cable must be provided with a plug. When the door of the strong room is opened the cable can be drawn out through the grill gate of strong room and plug on its free end may be inserted in a live electrical socket plug installed outside the strong room.
