2 INTERNAL ROPS- S A four point internal Safety Cell Roll over Protection System (ROPS) will be fitted to the Toyota Hilux. The ROPS is to be fitted as per the supplied fitting instructions. All internal ROPS are supplied with DPI Compliance Plate and paperwork. MESH LOAD GUARD A mesh protective load guard (RATED AND APROVED) shall be fitted to the rear window of the Toyota Hilux. This shall be fitted as per the provided fitting instructions. ULT LOR-HIL001 Page 2

3 Auxiliary lighting rack An auxiliary Rhino Lighting Rack shall be mounted to the vehicle. The light rack will include LED high level stop/tail/indicators, an Amber rotating beacon, reverse alarm, a 1.8m Quick Release Flag with LED light and high mount work lights. 4 Fire extinguisher- fi-2.5 A 2.5kg fire extinguisher and vehicle mounting bracket will be mounted in the rear of the vehicle. The fire extinguisher is to be located in the tray of the vehicle, on the passenger side against the headboard. Safari Snorkels Under tray toolboxes Tool box is to be mounted on Right hand Side rear of vehicle. It incorporates a Heavy Duty Pop Lock and is key lockable. ULT LOR-HIL001 Page 4

5 Safety triangles A set of High visibility Safety Triangles will be included with each vehicle. They are supplied in a hard plastic case, for ease of storage and placed in the Toolbox when not in use. Slimline under body Water tank- tp30sl A 30L slimline under body water tank, mounted to the passenger side rear under the tray. The water tank has an in built soap dispenser. ULT LOR-HIL001 Page 5

6 Wheel chocks A pair of Heavy Duty Rubber Wheel Chocks will be supplied with each vehicle. The wheel chocks are to be mounted in the tray of the vehicle, alongside the Fire Extinguisher. Heavy duty trolley jack and jerry can holder An 1800kg trolley jack is to be mounted in the tray of the vehicle. A custom holder for the jack is fabricated for secure transport of the jack, and storage when not in use. The jerry can holder will store a 20L water Jerry can. 7 Uhf radio- cb-tx3100-com A GME TX3100 UHF radio and high Db aerial shall be supplied and fitted to the vehicle. Seat covers A pair of heavy duty canvas seat covers shall be fitted to the front buckets, and rear bench seat of the Hilux. ULT LOR-HIL001 Page 7

8 Floor mats- Deep dish A set of 4 deep rubber floor mats shall be provided and fitted to the front and rear of the vehicle. Spotlights- sp rmdl170ht A set of high quality Light force 170 Striker Spotlights will be fitted to the vehicle. With a Heavy Duty Wiring harness. First aid kit- ULT LOR-HIL001 Page 8

9 Included in the Glove box of the vehicle. bulbar An ADR compliant ARB Bulbar is fitted to the vehicle. A product that cannot surpass strength and durability on a Mine Specification Vehicle. Reflective tape Reflective Yellow tape will be applied to all sides of the vehicle as shown in the pictures below. ULT LOR-HIL001 Page 9

10 Long range fuel tank A Strongarm Long Range Fuel Tank is fitted to the Hilux. The tank replaces the Factory tank with a 140 Litre 2mm Bright form tank. These are manufactured at our premises, and are fitted as per our instructions. Battery isolator with jump start receptacle ULT LOR-HIL001 Page 10

11 Ute mat/ tray liner Each vehicle is fitted with a heavy duty Tray Liner which is 5mm thick. Seatbelt/no smoking stickers to cab ULT LOR-HIL001 Page 11

12 Ultimate head light on kit The vehicle is fitted with Automatic Headlights On. When the ignition is turned on or off the Headlights will automatically activate or de-activate. Dual battery system A dual battery system is installed in the vehicle. The system uses a red arc solenoid. ULT LOR-HIL001 Page 12

13 Handbrake alarm A handbrake alarm is fitted to the vehicle. When the vehicle is stationary, and the handbrake has not been activated, an alarm will sound. Fuse box- 8way Mounted to the passenger side of the engine bay. Fully sealed in conduit, denso tape and labelled according to the power source and accessory. Heavy duty towbar A Heavy Duty Pintle Hook and Ball towbar system is fitted as part of the specification of the vehicle. The Towbar system is rated to tow ULT LOR-HIL001 Page 13
