REMOVE 2 BOLTS EACH SIDE OF THE INSIDE OF THE INNER GUARD.

2 *** REMOVE GRILL BY TAKING OF THE 4 CLIPS ACROSS THE TOP OF GRILL AND RELEASE THE 4 CLIPS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE GRIL. THEN REMOVE THE 3 CLIPS FROM THE TOP OF THE BUMPER UNDER WHERE THE GRILL WAS. REMOVE 2 BOLTS EACH SIDE OF THE INSIDE OF THE INNER GUARD. REMOVE ALL 10mm HEAD BOLTS ACROSS THE BOTTOM OF THE BUMPER, REMOVE BUMPER, LEAVING A BARE CHASSIS *** Remove Grill Remove Bumper Page 2

4 REMOVE TOE POINT FROM PASSANGER SIDE Attach brackets to Chassis Using your six 12 x 40mm fine threaded bolts, flats and springs washers Page 4 Brackets attached to the front of vehicle ** without support bar**

5 Attach stabiliser bar to inside of brackets Teck screw the stone tray to the stabiliser bar Page 5

WIRING - GO UNDER & BEHIND HEADLIGHTS YELLOW = INDICATOR WHITE = EARTH BLACK

6 Teck screw both sides of the stone tray CONNECT TUF WIRING KIT INTO WIRING HARNESS, USING WIRE TAPS OR SOLDER. WIRING - GO UNDER & BEHIND HEADLIGHTS YELLOW = INDICATOR WHITE = EARTH BLACK = PARK Wiring sent in kit colours are as followed Yellow Indicator White- Earth Brown Park ( changed from Black) Page 6

7 CUTT INNER PLASTIC GUARD APPROX. LEVEL WITH BOTTOM MOUNTING BOLT USE A STANLEY KNIFE CUT & ROUND OUTER EDGE Install Curve shaped Aluminium brackets to support inner plastic mud guard. ** Both sides ** Place rectangular 2 holed rubber washers on to bulbar mounting bolts Page 7 ** They may be already fitted**

BULLBAR & THE BUMPER WE DO THIS BY MEASURING SIX MEASUREMENTS FROM BULLBAR TO VEHICLE BODY POSITIONS THREE

8 Place Bullbar on to brackets Bolt up finger tight with bolts and washers to hold in place CUTTING THE BUMPER THE TOP HALF OF YOUR ORIGINAL BUMPER HAS TO BE CUT & RE- FITTED TO THE VEHICLE THERE WILL BE A GAP BETWEEN THE BULLBAR & THE BUMPER WE DO THIS BY MEASURING SIX MEASUREMENTS FROM BULLBAR TO VEHICLE BODY POSITIONS THREE EACH SIDE First Measurement: Measure the distance between the end of the bulbar and the end of the wheel arch Page 8

Second Measurement: Measure the distance between just under the outside of the headlight to the

bulbar As shown in picture THESE SIX POSITIONS SHOULD BE MARKED ONTO THE TOP OF THE BUMPER AT THEIR

NOTE: TAKE 10MM OFF THESE MEASUREMENTS TO ALLOW THE BUMPER TO SIT OFF THE BULLBAR.

9 Second Measurement: Measure the distance between just under the outside of the headlight to the bullbar Third Measurement: Measure the distance between just under the inside of the headlight to the bulbar As shown in picture THESE SIX POSITIONS SHOULD BE MARKED ONTO THE TOP OF THE BUMPER AT THEIR CORESPONDING POSITIONS. NOTE: TAKE 10MM OFF THESE MEASUREMENTS TO ALLOW THE BUMPER TO SIT OFF THE BULLBAR. RUN MASKING TAPE OR SIMILAR ALONG ALL SIX POINTS TO ESTABLISH THE CUTTING LINE, MAKE SURE THE TAPE IS STRAIGHT IN THE HORIZONTAL PLANE. Run the masking tape along all six points as shown in picture. 11 Run tape along the six marked positions to highlight the cutting line Cut Along tape line with jigsaw or similar tool Fit top of bumper to the vehicle Page 11

12 Attach grill back to vehicle Attach the inner guard onto aluminium support Attach RHS Stabiliser, by a lining holes drill to suit Page 12
