TOOLS REQUIRED Automotive grade masking tape, plastic clip removal tool, electric drill, 5/16 and 1/8

solvent, glass cleaner and soft, clean cloths. 1 2 1.

Remove the factory push pins from the top of the bumper cover. 4 3 3.

Apply masking tape to the chrome surround around the upper grille opening.

1 IMPORTANT: PLEASE KEEP THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE! 2015 Nissan Murano Upper and Lower Overlay Mesh Grilles Upper Chrome Mesh Part # U-15 / Lower Chrome Mesh Part # L-15 Upper Black Ice Mesh Part #1318-B10U-15 / Lower Black Ice Mesh Part #1318-B10L-15 Upper Stacked Mesh Grille Part # U-15 / Lower Stacked Mesh Part # L-15 TOOLS REQUIRED Automotive grade masking tape, plastic clip removal tool, electric drill, 5/16 and 1/8 drill bits, razor blade or X- Acto knife, flat blade screwdriver, 10mm, 9mm socket and ratchet, solvent, glass cleaner and soft, clean cloths Remove the plastic push fasteners using a plastic clip removal tool or flat blade screwdriver. 2. Remove the factory push pins from the top of the bumper cover Remove the factory push pins securing the top edge of the air deflector 4. Apply masking tape to the chrome surround around the upper grille opening. Apply msking tape to the base of the factory em blem. Use semi-gloss or flat black paint to black out the factory upper grille. Be sure to scuff the factory paint for proper adhesion. This will hide the factory grille once the mesh grille is installed over it. Copyright 2015 by E&G Corporation, LLC.

2 Remove the factory push pin from the top inside forward edge of the wheel opening. 6. Apply masking tape to the front fender and bumper cover where Pull out on the factory fender trim to expose the 10mm hex screws (one at the top of each side of the bumper cover). 8. Remove the factory 10mm hex screws retaining the bumper cover to the front fenders Use a flat blade screwdriver to unclip the factory retainers located near the top inside edges of the bumper cover, just outboard of the grille opening. 10. From underneath the vehicle, remove the factory 10mm hex bolts that attach the bumper cover to the front portion of the aero pan.

Remove the factory push fastners that secure the bumper cover to the front support located just

Once these fasteners are removed, the bumper cover is ready to be removed for the following grille

With the help of an assist, pull out on the factory bumper cover until it unclips from the front

Disconnect any electrical connectors and place the bumper cover face up onto a flat, clean work area.

Trim the ends from the supplied #8 x 1-1/4 black cap plugs and push them down over the mounting

3 Remove the factory torx screws that attach the bumper cover to the aero pan. 12. Remove the factory push fastners that secure the bumper cover to the front support located just inboard of the headlights and above the bumper reinforcement. Once these fasteners are removed, the bumper cover is ready to be removed for the following grille installation procedure With the help of an assist, pull out on the factory bumper cover until it unclips from the front fenders and from underneath teh headlights. Disconnect any electrical connectors and place the bumper cover face up onto a flat, clean work area. Apply protective masking tape around the lower grille opening. 14. Trim the ends from the supplied #8 x 1-1/4 black cap plugs and push them down over the mounting studs on the upper grille Trim the ends from the supplied #8 x 1-1/4 black cap plugs and push them down over the mounting studs on the emblem surround. 16. Cut out and align the supplied hole location template into the upper outer recessed areas of the upper grille. Use an awl or similair pointed tool to mark the hole location. Remove the template, flip it over and mark the hole on the opposite side

18. Use the 5/16 drill bit to drill through the factory inner corners at the emblem boss.

Align the mesh section(s) over the back of the lower surround.

The studs will pass through the existing opeings in the factory lower grille.

Tighten the hex nuts until the washers no longer rotate but do not overtighten or you will indent

4 Drill a 1/8 pilot hole through the marks made in the previous step, then enlarge the hole to 5/ Use the 5/16 drill bit to drill through the factory inner corners at the emblem boss. Use the supplied emblem surround to help lo - cate the proper recessed areas Align the mesh section(s) over the back of the lower surround. Trim the ends from the supplied #8 x 3/4 black Cap plugs and install them over the studs across the bottom of the surround. 20. Carefully align the lower grille assembly into the factory lower grille opening. The studs will pass through the existing opeings in the factory lower grille. Install a supplied large black plastic washer and a #8-32 S.S. hex nut onto each stud Tighten the hex nuts until the washers no longer rotate but do not overtighten or you will indent the surround at the stud locations. 22. Align the upper mesh grille assembly, making sure the upper studs pass through the holes drilled in Step 17. Align the emblem surround, making sure the studs line up with the holes drilled in Step 18. Use caution when installing the emblem surround. you will need to rotate it down to clear the factory emblem without scratching it.

24 23 23. Install the supplied large black plastic washers and #8-32 S.S. hex nuts onto the grille surround bottom studs and the emblem sur - round studs.

Tighten until the washers no longer rotate but do not overtighten or you will indent the surrounds at the stud locations. 24. Reinstall the bumper cover be reversing Steps 1 through 12. 25 25.

Use glass cleaner or alcohol and a soft, clean cloth to remove any solvent residue to finish.

5 Install the supplied large black plastic washers and #8-32 S.S. hex nuts onto the grille surround bottom studs and the emblem sur - round studs. Install the supplied small black plastic washers and #8-32 S.S. hex nuts onto the grille surround upper studs. Tighten until the washers no longer rotate but do not overtighten or you will indent the surrounds at the stud locations. 24. Reinstall the bumper cover be reversing Steps 1 through Peel off the protective covers from the upper and lower grille surrounds. Use a mild solvent and a soft, clean cloth to remove any adhesive residue. Use glass cleaner or alcohol and a soft, clean cloth to remove any solvent residue to finish.
