Aluminium Tray Bodies Duratray aluminium bodies are the obvious choice when factors such as body weight and corrosion are i m p o r t a nt. O u r n o r mal d ut y aluminium tray body has a floor rating capacity of 1.8 tonnes. For a heavy workload, choose our heavy duty aluminium tray body which has a floor rating capacity of 2.5 tonnes. Both of these tray bodies are available with an assortment of optional extras. Our aluminium tray bodies have a flush headboard which makes side loading easy. Full length tie rails are also a great feature which enables your load to be secured wherever necessary. Our trays also have a heavy duty anti-rattle catch system and heavy duty hinges with nylon bushes. Our range includes an aluminium tray body with a clear internal length of 2400mm. We can also custom make any body to suit your requirements. Steel Tray Bodies Duratray are the manufacturers of quality steel tray bodies. With the option of a tongue and groove hardwood timber floor or a 3mm checkered plate steel floor, steel tray bodies are the choice when maximum strength is required. Tail-light protection, rear window protection and step kits are standard features on all steel bodies. Associated Accessories Duratray also manufactures a complete range of accessories and add-on features to increase the work- ability. 8 The Duratray Steel Ute Body is designed for continuous hard work. 12 The Duratray Steel Truck Body is a fully welded high strength tray body designed to withstand the most demanding working conditions. Due to the construction method, it is possible to customize the steel truck body in a variety of ways to suit your individual requirements. 14 Our Steel Truck Tipping Body is designed to withstand the demands of heavy work including that of councils, trade p ers ons etc. Electric/hydraulic or PTO models are available to suit your needs. Under Body Ute Tippers are designed to make unloading quick and easy. Our electric/hydraulic system is designed to tip a load up to the vehicles capacity and comes standard with features such as Safety Prop and Isolator Switch. Alloy Truck Tippers. N.B.
