In order to meet meet the customer demand for highy reiabe, safe and troube free smooth performance eevator machine, PTL has entered into a technica coaboration with SIOR S.p.a, Itay a eading manufacturer of eevator machines in Europe. These machines are manufactured in Premium's Pune Pant, equipped with the atest machine toos, testing & inspection faciities. Technica Detais Gear asing : Petra machine gear cases are of rigid cast iron construction, with esthetic stying. Traction Sheave Shaft : Traction sheave shaft i.e. output shaft is made of high tensie aoy stee. Worm Shaft : The worm shaft is made of aoy stee and speciay processed for eevator appication. The worm threads are profie ground to high accuracies. The anguar / tapper contact bearing arrangements on worm shaft ensures a perfect aignment with motor. Worm Whee : The worm whee design consists of centrifuga cast phosphor bronze rim shrink fitted to a hub. Traction Sheave : The traction sheave is made of speciay deveoped SG aoy casting with controed hardness to increase wear resistance. Eectric Drive : Eectric motor is speciay designed for Eevator appication and rating and is based on 50% counter weighing. Options are avaiabe for VVVF, Two Speed (A2) / Singe speed ( DOL) motor. Brake System : The fai safe type eectromagnetic shoe brakes are designed to operate on 110 vots D.. The braking effect through spring may be manuay reeased for emergency hoisting under power faiure. Lubrication : The worm shaft and worm whee as we as the bearings are a adequatey ubricated by oi. Base Frame : Tota eevator i.e. gear box, motor, brakes are mounted on the rigid compact fabricated stee base frame. 02
