THE PRODUCTION OF FORGED ALUMINUM WHEELS HAS A NUMBER OF STEPS. We invested in our own material furnaces, extrusion equipment to develop stronger material in products and quality control. Through 12,000 Tons Forging equipment, Spinning machine, precision CNC equipment and Polish Equipment. We build a vertical integration system from material to production in house to produces best wheels in the world. With all the luster and head-turning beauty of our Polished wheels, A-Shine takes this a step further by being less maintenance so your fleet can focus on delivering rather than maintaining. VALVES The A-Shine finish bonds with the wheel material at a microscopic scale to ensure zero penetration of dirt, grime, water and other contaminants. Preserve the mirror-like look without the need for polishing TR542 70MS07N TR543C TR545D DIAMOND CUT MACHINED Diamond Cut Machined finish has 40% less machine line than traditional machined finish. Due to the high accuracy, wheels has been shaped and finished to exacting precision ensuring high performance and lasting beauty, smooth and difficult to observe machine lines, thus 30% less time to convert any side to a polished finish. SLEEVED NUTS Alex lugs and nuts have been specically designed to work with high performance alloy wheels. Lighter weight than traditional nut design 10~20% The Active Lock function protects the Bolt Hole from any cracks or damage. Active Lock function is easier to install on the wheel. There is no need to change the screw when you replace steel wheels with new aluminum forged wheels.
