Alcoa LvL ONE Wheels Alcoa LvL ONE Wheels utilize proven technology resulting in low weight, enhanced strength and eye-catching brightness still the industry standard. Outset (positive) / inset (negative) The distance from the rim centerline to the mounting face of the wheel.
