2 1 LCD MODULE ASSY 1.1:Assemble the MIC Module as left picture show; MIC Module S K :Assemble the WIRELESS board to the LCD cover fixed position as left picture shows. Wireless board Wireless cable K V03 1 LCD Cover A515-P89 1

3 1 LCD MODULE ASSY 1.3:Assemble the 6 screws (M2*3mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Display Module S1J-442G002-A90 1 LCD BRACKET-L E2M H76 1 LCD BRACKET-R E2M H76 1 Screw E G : Assemble CMOS Camera Module follow the instruction as left picture shows. Coaxial Cable K H39 1 Camera Module S1F B :Stick three magnets to the position as left picture shows. LCD Cover Magnet E2M SF7 2 LCD Cover Magnet E2M SF7 1

4 1 LCD MODULE ASSY 1.6:Connect LVDS Cable to Display Module and fix the cable with black tape; LVDS Cable K H :Assemble the display module to LCD cover; 1.8:Assemble the 6 screws (M2.5*5mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G68 6

5 1 LCD MODULE ASSY 1.9:Assemble the Right LCD hinge; Assemble the 3 screws (M2.5*5mm). Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G68 3 Hinge R E2M G :Assemble the Left LCD hinge; Assemble the 3 screws (M2.5*5mm); Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G68 3 Hinge L E2M G60 1

6 1 LCD MODULE ASSY 1.11:When assemble the LCD bezel, should begin from the two sides, then the upside to downside assemble the 4screws (M2.5*5mm).; Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G68 4 LCD Bezel B211-U :Assemble the 8 cover rubber Rubber E2Y Y40 8

7 2 UPPER CASE ASSY 2.1:Assemble the 2 magnet as left pic shows: Magnet E2M SF :Assemble the Touchpad Module to Upper Case fixed position, Touchpad Module S SD2 1 Upper Case C412-SE :Insert the T/P module FFC according to direction of left pic shows; then close the connector that stabilize the T/P cable,; FFC Cable (To MB) K1C J36 1

8 3 LOWER CASE ASSY 3.1:Assemble the Speaker module to lower case then lock the 4 screws (M2*3mm). Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G68 4 Speaker Module S33-A F33 1 Lower Case D225-F :Assemble the main board to Lower case; Main Board S 1 3.3:Assemble the 2 screws (M2.5*5mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G68 2

9 4 ASSEMBLE UPPER CASE AND LOWER CASE 4.1:Assemble 4 screws(m2.5*5mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G :Assemble 6 screws(m2.5*5mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G :Assemble the 3 screws (M2*3mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G68 3

10 4 ASSEMBLE UPPER CASE AND LOWER CASE 4.4:Assemble the LVDS cable as pic shows: Camera 4.5:Assemble the CMOS Camera cable. BT 4.6: Assemble the Bluetooth, MIC, Speaker cable. Speaker MIC

11 4 ASSEMBLE UPPER CASE AND LOWER CASE 4.7 : Assemble the 4 screws (M2.5*7mm) that stabilize the LCD hinge. Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G :Assemble Hinge cap, then Assemble the 1 screw(m2.5*5mm) that stabilize the hinge Cap Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G68 1

12 5 KEYBOARD 5.1:Insert the cable; close connector according to the direction as pic shows. Keyboard S1N-2UUS211-SA :Assemble the Keyboard. 5.3:Assemble the Hinge Cover. Hinge Cover E212-SE0 1

13 6 THERMAL-KIT CPU DRAM 6.1:Assemble the RAM module according the direction as pic shows; RAM Module S7C-S S :Assemble CPU Module as below, Close the CPU Slot with Screw Driver. CPU A I : Assemble the Fansink and FAN cable, after that lock the 4 screws (M2.5*5mm). Attention:the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G Fansink E S69 1

14 7 ODD MODULE 7.1:Assemble ODD Bracket as below, then lock 2pcs (M2*3mm) Screws. Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G68 2 ODD Bracket E2M Y28 1 ODD Module S7D SI :Assemble ODD Bezel as below. ODD Bezel F213-F :Assemble the ODD Module according to the direction as pic shows.

15 8 HDD MODULE 8.1:Assemble the HDD bracket; HDD Bracket H76 1 HDD Module S T : Assemble the 4 screws(m3*4mm) that stabilize the bracket; Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E G68 4

16 8 HDD MODULE 8.3:Assemble the HDD Module according to the direction as pic shows. 8.4:Assemble the HDD DOOR.; then Assemble the 2 screws (M2*3mm). Attention: the screw driver torque: Kgf-cm HDD DOOR K214-F62 1 Screw E G68 2

17 9 BOTTOM DOOR ASSY 9.1:Assemble the Bottom door, then Assemble the 3 screws (M2.5*5mm). Attention: the screw driver torque is: Kgf-cm Bottom door J213-F62 1 Screw E G68 3

18 10 BATTERY PACK 10.1:Release the Release button and assemble Battery Pack in the direction of arrow in the left picture. Battery Pack S9N SB :Shift Unlock button to lock Battery Pack.
