2 1 LCD MODULE ASSY 1.1:Assemble the MIC Module as left picture show MIC Module S K :Assemble the WIRELESS L-Antenna board to the LCD cover fixed position as left picture shows. L-Antenna S K80-J :Assemble the WIRELESS R-Antenna board to the LCD cover fixed position as left picture shows. R-Antenna S K70-J51 1 LCD Cover A211-Y31 1

3 1 LCD MODULE ASSY 1.4:Assemble the 8 screws (M2*3mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Display Module S1J-A42G002-S02 1 LCD BRACKET-L E2M A89 1 LCD BRACKET-R E2M A89 1 Screw E H Connect the Coaxial Cable(Camera Cable) in the direction of the arrow in the picture; 1.6:Assemble CMOS Camera Module follow the instruction as left picture shows. Attention:Don t assemble the CMOS Camera Module with too strong force avoid damage the module.

4 1 LCD MODULE ASSY 1.7:Connect LVDS Cable to Display Module and fix the cable with black tape; LVDS Cable K H :Assemble the display module to LCD cover; 1.9:Assemble the 2 screws (M2.5*5mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm ; Screw E H29 2

5 1 LCD MODULE ASSY 1.10:Stick three magnet to the position as left picture shows; LCD Cover Magnet E2Y SF7 2 LCD Cover Magnet E2Y SF :Assemble INVERTER INVERTER S SG : Assemble the two LCD hinges on two sides;assemble the 6 screws (M2.5*5mm); Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H29 6 Hinge R E2M G60 1 Hinge L E2M G60 1

6 1 LCD MODULE ASSY 1.13:When assemble the LCD bezel, should begin from the two sides, then the upside to downside assemble the 4screws (M2.5*5mm).; Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H29 4 LCD Bezel B211-Y :Assemble the 8 cover rubber UP Rubber E2Y Y40 4 DOWN Rubber E2Y Y40 4

7 2 UPPER CASE ASSY 2.1:Insert the T/P module FFC according to direction of left pic shows; then close the connector that stabilize the T/P cable,; FFC Cable (To MB) K1C J :Assemble the Touchpad Module to Upper Case fixed position, Touchpad Module S SD2 1 Upper Case C111-TC7 1

8 3 LOWER CASE ASSY 3.1:Assemble the RJ11 to Lower case; RJ11 CABLE K V :Assemble the Speaker module to lower case then lock the 4 screws (M2*3mm),; Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H29 4 Speaker Module S33-A F33 1 Lower Case D221-Y31 1

9 3 LOWER CASE ASSY 3.3:Assemble the B/T module; Bluetooth Module D Main Board S 1 3.4:Assemble the main board to Lower case; then Lock the 1screw (M2.5*5mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H29 4

10 3 LOWER CASE ASSY 3.5:Assemble the USB board, then lock the 1screw (M2.5*5mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm USB board A-01S 1 Screw E H :Assemble the USB board cable as left pic shows: USB board FPC K1C J36 1

11 4 ASSEMBLE UPPER CASE AND LOWER CASE 4.1:Assemble the 4 screws (M2.5*5mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H :Assemble 8 screws(m2.5*5mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H :Assemble 5 screws(m2.5*5mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H29 5

12 4 ASSEMBLE UPPER CASE AND LOWER CASE 4.4:Connect the LVDS cable as pic shows: 4.5:Connect the Touchpad cable. 4.6:Assemble the modem, then lock the 2 screws(m2*3mm) Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm MODEM S C59 1 Screw E H29 2

13 4 ASSEMBLE UPPER CASE AND LOWER CASE 4.7 : Assemble the 4 screws(m2.5*5mm) that stabilize the LCD hinge. Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H : Assemble the 2 screws(m2*3mm) that stabilize the hinge Cap Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H29 2

14 4 ASSEMBLE UPPER CASE AND LOWER CASE 4.9:Assemble Launch board according to the direction that pic shows; 4.10:Assemble the 2 screws(m2*3mm); Attention: the screw driver torque is: Kgf-cm Launch board B-01S 1 Screw E H29 2

15 5 KEYBOARD 5.1:Insert the cable; close connector according to the direction as pic shows; Keyboard S1N-3UUS1B1-C :Assemble the 5 screws(m2*3mm); Attention: the screw driver torque is: Kgf-cm Screw E H :Assemble the Hinge Cover; Hinge Cover E221-Y31 1

16 6 THERMAL-KIT CPU DRAM AND WLAN MODULE 6.1:Assemble the RAM module according the direction as pic shows; RAM Module S7C-S T :Assemble the WLAN module according to the direction of pic shows; WLAN Module S T :Assemble one screw(m2*3mm);then assemble the two side wireless card antenna as pic shows: Attention: the screw driver torque is: Kgf-cm Screw E H29 1

17 6 THERMAL-KIT CPU DRAM AND WLAN MODULE 6.4:Assemble CPU Module as below, Close the CPU Slot with Screw Driver.. CPU A G6-I : Assemble the Fansink and FAN cable, after that lock the 5 screws (M2.5*5mm). Attention:the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H29 5 Fansink E F05 1

18 7 ODD MODULE 7.1:Assemble ODD Bezel as below. ODD Bezel E2P-681F211-Y :Assemble ODD Bracket as below, then lock 2pcs M2*3mm Screws Screw E H29 2 ODD Bracket E2M Y28 1 ODD Module S7D H44 1

19 7 ODD MODULE 7.3:Assemble the ODD Module according to the direction as pic shows; 7.4:Assemble the 1 screw(m2.5*5mm); Attention: the screw driver torque: Kgf-cm Screw E H29 1

20 8 HDD MODULE 8.1:Assemble the HDD bracket; HDD Bracket A89 1 HDD Module S W : Assemble the 2 screws(m3*3.5mm) that stabilize the bracket; Attention: the screw driver torque is Kgf-cm Screw E H29 2

21 8 HDD MODULE 8.3:Assemble the HDD Module according to the direction as pic shows; 8.4:Assemble the 2 screws(m2.5*5mm); Attention: the screw driver torque: Kgf-cm Screw E H29 2

22 9 BOTTOM DOOR ASSY 9.1:Assemble the Bottom door, then lock the 4 screws (M2.5*5mm).. Attention: the screw driver touque is: Kgf-cm Bottom door J211-Y31 1 Screw E H29 4

23 10 BATTERY PACK 10.1:Release the Release button and assemble Battery Pack in the direction of arrow in the left picture. Battery Pack S9N CE :Shift Unlock button to lock Battery Pack.
