2 FLT High efficiency heat recovery ventilation unit ith double flo for residential buildings.there are to size FLT 1 and FLT 2. FLT 2, ith tested and certified performances from the ritish independent laboratory RE (uilding Research Establishment), It is inserted in the list of the gency for Energy ClimateHouse/KlimaHaus for equipment of controlled mechanical ventilation ith heat recovery. EQUIPPED It is equipped ith an aluminum counterflo heat exchanger (Eurovent certified). EC backard curved centrifugal fans allo the FLT to reach a maximum capacity of about 220 m³ / h (100 Pa available pressure) ith an only 97 W poer consumption. The unit includes the total bypass, hich permits to take advantage of favorable climatic conditions outside the building for automatic free cooling (or free heating). STRUCTURE The FLT is realized ith a selfsupporting casing made by panels, thickness 22 mm, sandiched on injected polyurethane foam insulation. The casing and the internal parts are realized in luzinc, material ith a high resistance to corrosion and an outside attractive appearance. hingeopening panel makes easy the filters replacement (F7 for fresh air and G4 for exhaust air). The FLT can be installed in ambient ith temperature beteen 0 C and 45 C, can have floor, ceiling or all installation (in case of all installation, ith supply air and exhaust air connection upard, and fresh air and expulsiona air donard) CONTROLS The FLT is supplied ith control system and easy connection to the poer supply. It s also available the versions ith simplified CTR08PH control, the version ith EVOPH control and the version ith EVODPHIP control ready for integration in home automation systems (Modbus protocol ith Ethernet connection or, upon request, ith the addition of the RS485 connection). The ne version of our control systems allos the user to shift from one control system to another very quickly and easily by replacing the remote panel even after the installation. The CTR08PH control allos the user to select three levels of fan speed or the possibility to stop them. It automatically manages the bypass and prevents the heat exchanger freezing by programming the fan speed or, if specifically required, the electric preheater resistance (optional item to install inside the unit).the control advises the user if filters needs to be replaced (the filter clogging is monitored by a pair of differential pressure series) or any other fault. It is avaiable a version ithout filters pressure sitches (dirty control ith hour counter, factory setting), filters G4 reneal / G4 recovery and bypass made by fans unbalance (recommended a ventilation grid) The EVOPH control has a colorful touch screen interface, it gives an intuitive operating status of the unit and it allos programming the fan speed. This control has a eekly time schedule for automatic fans, it can be controlled by an external sitch to activate the booster and it can automatically adjust the air flo hen connected to an air quality sensor. It supports postair treatment accessories ( in the duct) and it advises the user if filters needs to be replaced (the filter clogging is monitored by a pair of differential pressure series) or if there is any other fault shoing here it comes from. If the unit has included the Kit COP Kit and Kit CV (installed in the duct outside the unit) you can program the heat recovery ventilator either as constant pressure or as constant flo. The EVODPHIP control has the same characteristics of the EVOPH version ith the addition of the Modbus communication protocol and it allos full control of the unit by the Home utomation softare system. If the unit is in a Home utomation netork, the ebserver lets the user interact ith it throughout a device connected to an Internet broser.
