2 ARCSYSTEM a turnkey solution f arc welding Motoman Robotics Europe has many years experience in robot welding of automotive parts and bicycle parts etc. Motoman designs and manufactures fi xtures accding to our customers requirements. We supply everything from small relatively simple fi xtures with manual clamps to complicated fi xtures with controlled air and fi eldbus signal transfers. Arcsystem 6000 in the automotive industry. Arcsystem 6000 with a two station positioner. Our turnkey systems f arc welding marketed under the name ARCSYSTEM are CE-marked in accdance with the prevailing EC-standards. The systems contain one several industrial robots with positioners of one two stations and the necessary equipment. The Arcsystems 2100, 2300, 3000, 4200, 4300 and 4400 have a sheet metal guarding with complete roof, interi lighting and pneumatic roller gate lift dos. The whole cell is resting on a base which can be lifted with a large fklift. A wide range of welding equipment and accessies are available. tches and cable bundles f air/gas- water-cooled welding, servo ed welding tches, breakaway tch mounts, wire feeders, seam tracking features etc. Arcsystem 4200 with the lift dos open.
