4 INTEGRALPICKER V Equipment The use of the INTEGRALPICKER V requires an ARBURG ALLROUNDER. j Retrofittable, flexible version for size 270 to 570 ALLROUNDERs from year of construction Operation with independent SELOGICA control system, signal exchange via EUROMAP 67 Axes m Main axes with servo-electric drive for rapid, simultaneous movements with a high repeat accuracy Gripper m Sprue grippers, pneumatically operated with spring return j Additional sprue grippers, pneumatically-operated with spring return movement j Sensor system for sprue monitoring Pneumatic valves for grippers m All pneumatic valves connected to the gripper flange with rapid connect couplings Vacuum equipment for grippers j Vacuum equipment (venturi principle) for parts handling with suction devices (maximum 2) m All vacuum devices connected near the gripper. Including vacuum switches for parts monitoring Pneumatic maintenance unit m Manually-adjustable filter pressure reducer for adjusting the pressure level m Electric on/off function Control m Sequence programming with symbols via SELOGICA. Teach-in function for user-friendly sequence programming m Display selection via function and direct access keys m Cycle step display in sequence diagram m Robot system can be moved in units analogous to the cycle sequence m Three different speeds can be selected in manual mode for fast and reliable programming.
