1 Research on Performance Evaluaton of Intellgent Start Stop System of Automoble Engne based on Fuzzy Comprehensve Evaluaton Je Xu ChongQng Technology And Busness Insttute, Chongqng 40520,Chna Abstract Whch provdes a quanttatve algorthm for the evaluaton of the comprehensve performance of the ntellgent engne start and stop system, wth a vew to provdng gudance for the development of ntellgent start and stop system. On the bass of summarzng the comprehensve performance evaluaton model of ntellgent start and stop system, the ndex system of evaluatng the comprehensve performance of ntellgent start and stop system s constructed. Applcaton of questonnare survey, nformaton lterature, mathematcal statstcs to collect the ndcators and the weght of the ndcators to solve. The fuzzy comprehensve evaluaton model s used to quanttatvely evaluate each crteron layer and comprehensve satsfacton degree. The algorthm model s sutable for the evaluaton of the comprehensve performance. The result shows that the safety and prce of the ntellgent start and stop system are concerned. At the same tme, the comprehensve performance evaluaton of ntellgent start and stop system s Satsfed. INTRODUCTION Snce the emergence of the frst car n the world n 886, the automoble has profoundly changed our lfe, changed people's mode of travel, brought convenence to our lfe, and promoted the development of the natonal economy. The development of the automoble ndustry has promoted the progress of the socety, and promoted the development of related ndustres to a certan extent. In recent years, wth the rapd development of Chna's economy, the mprovement of people's lvng standards and the contnuous mprovement of urban and rural roads, the number of Chnese cars has become more and more hgh, and more and more people choose to drve ther own cars. Wth the upgradng of technology and ncreasngly strngent fuel consumpton lmts and emsson regulatons, automotve manufacturers all over the world are tryng to produce new products wth low fuel consumpton and low emsson. Many manufacturers have also focused ther attenton on how to reduce the fuel consumpton and exhaust gas when the car s dlng (He, 200). In many developed countres n Europe, energy savng and envronmental protecton conscousness of people s relatvely strong, they wll be regarded as a waste of dle, n the sgnal lamp place, wll prompt the drver to shut down the engne warnng sgns, used to prompt drvers wll be n the dle state of the engne flameout. In 980s, Germany nstalled a lot of smlar cue devces, whle n Japan, f the car was dle and dd not shut down the engne, t would be fned (Xao,20). In our country, people do not pay enough attenton to energy consumpton and envronmental polluton, whch leads to the development of dle start and stop technology. The development of automoble ndustry n our country lags behnd that of developed countres. At the same tme, the mportance of fuel consumpton and envronmental polluton s not enough, and the research and development of automoble start and stop technology s relatvely late. Chery, Changan, Geely and other car companes also launched around 200 dlng start stop devce cars. 2. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION MODEL OF INTELLIGENT START STOP SYSTEM 2.. Background of model buldng Wth the ncrease of prvate cars and publc vehcles, people pay more and more attenton to the envronmental protecton problems n the process of car travel. In recent years, wth the progress of scence and technology and the mprovement of people's awareness of envronmental protecton, the ntellgent start and stop of engne has gradually come nto people's vson. Accordng to the statstcs of Chna's socal development statstcs bulletn, the number of car ownershp between s shown n fgure. 44

Trends n the number of cars As can be seen from the dagram, between 200 and 206, prvate car ownershp and the number of cvlan vehcles n the past 6 years have nearly doubled by three tmes. Automobles are bound to be lmted by traffc lghts and road congeston, and requre short parkng. In the process of parkng, most drvers wll not stop the engne, but the engne n dle state, the so-called dle state s to mantan the engne at the lowest speed, but no external work. The more congested the road, the hgher the frequency of the dlng condtons, (Zhou, 20;Krchhoff,200). Emsson amount Table.. In addton, the statstcal results showed that only the amount of fuel consumed dlng condton 0.7s startng fuel quantty of automoble engne s needed, so the red lght or when road congeston wll restart the engne flameout s very necessary, the engne dlng start stop system can effectvely reduce caused by automoble dlng fuel consumpton and exhaust the emsson of (Sheng, Yang, L, et al, 204). 3 As you can see from Fgure 2, the ntellgent start stop system has ncreased from 800 thousand applcatons n 20 to about n 206, almost 4 tmes. From the growth trend, the use of ntellgent start stop system s stll rsng year after year,(zhanget al,20; Huanget al.206) Model establshment Faced wth the ncreasng use of the crowd n ntellgent start stop system, the research and development of the start stop system s facng unprecedented pressure. At the same tme, how to judge the qualty of an ntellgent start stop system s becomng more and more mportant. Therefore, ths paper sets up an evaluaton model for ntellgent start stop system of automoble engne based on fuzzy comprehensve evaluaton to evaluate the advantages and dsadvantages of a start stop system. The flow chart s shown n fgure. STEP. Begn. STEP2. Lookng for evaluaton of ntellgent start and stop evaluaton ndcators. STEP. Requests professonals to determne whether the search metrcs are reasonable. If reasonable, proceed to the next step; f not reasonable, change the ndcator and return to STEP2. STEP4. Searches the related factors of the evaluaton ndex system. STEP5. Asks professonals to determne whether the factors that they are searchng for are reasonable. If reasonable, the next step; f not reasonable, change the factors, returned to STEP4. STEP6. Constructs the fuzzy comprehensve evaluaton model to evaluate the comprehensve performance of the ntellgent start stop system. STEP7. 4 .FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION MODEL The applcaton of fuzzy comprehensve evaluaton model s to construct the ndex system of ntellgent vehcle, engne start stop system comprehensve performance evaluaton system based on the need to follow a comprehensve, ndependent, step by step, level of mportance, systematc, comparablty and feasblty of the seven basc prncples of [Jn, We, Dng,2004]. On the bass of lterature revew and questonnare survey, the evaluaton ndex system of ntellgent start and stop system s establshed, as shown n fgure 4. Fgure 4. Then, the judgment matrx should be constructed and the judgment matrx should be used to determne the u,2,, m of the target factor s weghts of the ndex factors (Feng & Xu,999). In ths way, a total evaluaton matrx ( R ) s constructed for the evaluaton set of the m target factors, namely, each of the evaluated objects determnes the fuzzy relaton of the U V. The matrx ( R ) tself s dmensonless and does not requre specal processng. The matrx can be represented by equaton (2). 47

The factors that evaluate the concentraton of factors have dfferent postons and functons n the "evaluaton target", that s to say, each evaluaton object has a dfferent proporton n the comprehensve evaluaton. Therefore, the ntroducton of a fuzzy subset A on U, called weght or weght assgnment set, A a, a, 2, a 0, and a a m, where, s used to wegh the mportance of each factor. Takng the subjectve weghtng as an example, one s the amount of the mportance of each element n the mnd of the vehcle (U ), whch s A a m on the set of factors (U ).The other s the fuzzy relaton on U V, and s represented by m n fuzzy matrx (R). These two types of fuzzy sets are the reflecton of people's values. The dfferent "m" n the matrx ( R ) reflects the degree of membershp of a gven tem from a dfferent sngle factor. By usng the fuzzy weght vector A to ntegrate the dfferent " m ", we can get the membershp degree of the fuzzy subset, that s, the fuzzy comprehensve evaluaton result vector. B b, b, 2,. B C p (4) p s a real number that reflects the comprehensve nformaton brought by the herarchcal fuzzy subset B and the herarchcal parameter vector C, whch s a very practcal and comprehensve parameter n many practcal applcatons (Lang, Yang, Sun, et al.2006). 4. EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS 4.. Data Sources In ths paper, the data were manly surveyed by questonnare, lterature and mathematcal statstcs. In order to carry forward the sprt of envronmental protecton and savng, and to shorten the questonnare survey tme, the questonnare was desgned by means of onlne questonnare. The desgn of the questonnare manly focused on the frst- Y5 expanson, and thus along the prmary ndcators targeted research secondary ndcators, to reflect the ntellgent start and stop the overall performance of the system. In order to ensure the effectve number of samples, the actual survey publshed 500 copes of onlne questonnares, recyclng 445, the recovery rate of 89%, due to some questons such as ncomplete questonnare, the fnal effectve fle a total of 425, the effectve rate of 85%. The weght of each ndex s calculated usng the judgment matrx n the AHP method, as shown n Table 2. Table. 2. Through the establshment of the fuzzy comprehensve evaluaton model of the comprehensve performance of the ntellgent start and stop system, t s found that the safety and prce of the ntellgent start-stop system And other ndcators of concern more wdely, whle the comprehensve performance of ntellgent start and stop system evaluaton Satsfed ( ), the results show that the ntellgent start and stop system, ts overall performance so that people have better satsfacton.
