Service Due Report Ezy2c records the odometer of a vehicle at the time of installation. The Service Due Report is a report run on an entire fleet which allows a user to set when a service is due.

3 Service Due Report Ezy2c records the odometer of a vehicle at the time of installation. The Service Due Report is a report run on an entire fleet which allows a user to set when a service is due. When the report is run it automatically sorts the fleet in order of when the next service is due, with vehicles overdue for service listed at the top. The Report allows a user to reset an odometer to match the actual odometer reading of the vehicle and also a user may set a pre service alert period. This pre-service alert period will trigger an alert which may be set up in the Alerts dashboard when a vehicle reaches a certain number of km s before the service. In the report shown below a Pre-Service Alert would be sent 200 km s before a service is due for vehicle Melbourne 5 or 500 km s for vehicle Melbourne 4. The Report shows Vehicle name Current Odometer Reset Current Odometer function When the Next Service is Due How many km s before Service is Due Set Next Service Due function Nominate a period before Service due for an alert See example of report below: Ezy2c User Manual Page 2

4 Fringe Benefits Tax Report This report is a summary of a trip report which separates business trips from personal trips. For users with Driver ID, personal or business trips may be identified in a number of different ways including: Pin number, then choose Personal or Business on keypad or Driver Console Unit Manually selecting Personal or Business in Trip Report The report may be exported into CSV (Excel) or printed and shows: Vehicle Name Driver of vehicle Business km s Private km s Click on plus symbol at the end of each row to get a detailed line by line view of each trip during the selected period including start date & time, end date & time and number of km s for each trip. There are arrows at the top of the report to sort information. You may choose to sort the report by Vehicle name or Driver Name in alphabetical order or Business km s or Private km s in numberical order. See example below: Ezy2c User Manual Page 3

5 Usage Report The Usage Report is a report run on an entire fleet for a selected period and shows the usage or effectiveness of a fleet. The report may be exported in CSV (Excel) or printed and shows: Vehicle Name Current Location of Vehicle - to view on Map, click Period of Time vehicle is Ignition Off Period of Time vehicle is Ignition On and idling Period of Time vehicle is Ignition On and moving These time periods are also shown as a % and are broken down for 7am to 7pm, 7pm to 7am and overall Time since vehicle last moved in days A summary total for the entire fleet is provided at the bottom See example below: Ezy2c User Manual Page 4

Utilisation Report The Utilisation Report is a report run on an entire fleet and shows the number of km s vehicles have travelled in last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days and 365 days.

6 Utilisation Report The Utilisation Report is a report run on an entire fleet and shows the number of km s vehicles have travelled in last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days and 365 days. The report may be exported into CSV (Excel) or printed and shows: Vehicle Name Current Location of Vehicle - to view on Map, click Km s travelled yesterday Total km s in last week (previous 7 days) Total km s in last month (previous 30 days) Total km s in last year (previous 365 days) The last time and date the ignition was turned on There are arrows at the top of the report to sort information. You may choose to sort the report by Vehicle name alphabetically or total Km s Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month or Last Year numerically or in order of the last Ignition On. 7 Excess Idle Report This report shows all instances of Excess Idle for an individual vehicle for a selected date and time frame. Excess Idle is when a vehicle is stationery with the ignition on for a set period of time. The period of time is in minutes (i.e. 20 minutes) and is set up prior to installation. Note this may be changed if required by contacting the Ezy2c Helpdesk through helpdesk@ezy2c.com. The report will show Date Excess Idle start time Excess Idle end time Duration in hours, minutes and seconds Location of vehicle for idle event Note if the Excess Idle event occurred in a named location, this will be shown on the report. You may also click on the location line (whether it is named or not) to obtain a replay in Google Maps, which may then be viewed in Map or Satellite view. 8 Trigger Report This report demonstrates usage of digital inputs from a vehicle (trigger). Examples of triggers include PTO on/off, Bin Lift, Gutter Brush up/down, 4wd engaged, Seat belt. The report will show Name of Trigger Date First trigger on time Last trigger off time Count (number of times trigger activated) Duration in hours, minutes and seconds trigger was activated for Distance moved with trigger activated You may expand each line to get full details by selecting the plus symbol See two examples of report below: Ezy2c User Manual Page 7

Enter an address, a radius and a date range to search. The report will mark the actual address with a red icon and show all of the bin lifts in the radius as green icons.

10 Bin Lift Report The Bin Lift Report is designed to search an address to see if a truck has picked up a bin within a specific area. This report may be accessed through the Menu on the right hand side of the dashboard. Click on the picture of the Wheelie Bin at the top of the report. Enter an address, a radius and a date range to search. The report will mark the actual address with a red icon and show all of the bin lifts in the radius as green icons. By clicking on the green icon a bubble will appear which will show the name of the vehicle which had the bin lift as well as a time and date stamp. Sweeper Report This report may be accessed through the menu on the right hand side of the dashboard.

11 Sweeper Report This report may be accessed through the menu on the right hand side of the dashboard. There are two functions within the report: 1. View a visual representation of where the sweeper operated for a day 2. Search an address and radius to view if a sweeper has operated in that area To view a sweeper for a day, use the top half of the report as shown on right. In this example a view of the Sweeper Truck for 09/08/2012 will appear. If you select the Non-working pins box the report will also show the normal telemetry returns from the vehicle as well as Brush/Broom up/down See example of report below: The expanded area on right shows where the Sweeper was operating in more detail. To search an address to see if a sweeper has operated in a specific area use the lower half of the report. As shown on the left the search is for a 200 metre radius around 20 Jersey Road Bayswater. 13 Driver Scorecard Report This report requires Driver ID option. The Driver Scorecard Report lists all drivers and shows which vehicles they have driven for the period selected. Vehicle Scorecard Report This report requires Driver ID option. The Vehicle Scorecard Report lists all vehicles in the fleet and shows which drivers have driven them for the period selected.
