THE BRICK WILL BE STAINED, EXISTING EIFS PAINTED AND SOME PORTIONS OF EIFS WILL BE REPLACED WITH STAINED BRICK TO MATCH. THE FRONT ENTRY TOWER WILL BE REWORKED TO REMOVE THE EXISTING VESTIBULE DOORS. PORTIONS OF THE BRICK ON THE EXISTING FRONT COLUMNS WILL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH STONE-LIKE MATERIAL TO MATCH THE PAINTED EXISTING EIFS. THIS COULD BE EIFS, THIN STONE PANELS OR REAL STONE. EXISTING WINDOW OPENINGS WILL BE ENLARGED AND REPLACED WITH NEW WINDOWS. SOME NEW OPENINGS WILL BE ADDED. THE FREESTANDING DRIVE-THRU WILL BE OF SIMILAR DESIGN AND MATERIAL TO THE REWORKED FRONT ENTRY TOWER. PARKING ALONG THE SOUTH AND EAST SIDES OF THE BUILDING WILL REMAIN. THE WEST SIDE PAVING WILL BE MODIFIED TO INCORPORATE THE DRIVE-THRU AREA.
