1 115 4 A village survey: Mandari, A rapid hydrochemical survey of the mouza (village) of Mandari, District was carried out during November Arsenic in the survey was measured in a various field laboratories using an Arsenator developed and operated by Professor Walter Kosmus of Karl-Franzens University of Graz, Austria. The shallow wells in Mandari are at a fairly uniform depth mostly in the range ft (9 11 m). Additional analyses were also carried out on acidified samples by ICP-AES as with the other surveys.
