4 About Chicago Food Corporation (CFC) Leading the way since 1987 Chicago Food Corporation (CFC) is an Asian inspired food distribution wholesaler based in Chicago, IL that started in June of CFC specializes in importing seafood and ethnic food from all around the world. Despite our small beginnings, we have grown because of our continuous commitment to the freshest ingredients in all our offerings while never forgetting that value is just as important. CFC s innovative corporate character has generated substantial increases in imports from all over the world and especially focuses on our core philosophy that quality food and ingredients should not be hard to find. Additionally, it has recently acquired specialty and health foods to complement its ever growing line of food products. We always work very hard in finding retailers and restaurants with only the best and unique products. In January of 1992, CFC opened its first retail supermarket, Joong Boo Mart in Chicago, IL. Joong Boo Mart offers a variety of Asian produce, meats, seafood, dry groceries, and specialty items. Joong Boo Mart also has a quick service restaurant, the Snack Corner, opened to the general public at discounted prices. Joong Boo Mart has one of the largest selections of specialty foods imported from all over the world at unbelievable prices. In January of 2001, CFC opened its second retail supermarket, Hi Mart, also located in Chicago, IL. Unfortunately, in April of 2004, a fire destroyed the Hi Mart building. Hi Mart reopened its doors on December 18, 2006 and shifted their product line to kitchen hardware and restaurant supplies. Hi Mart offers one of the largest varieties of rice cookers, Asian gift sets, pots, pans, cutlery, restaurant supplies, and much more. Several years later, in April of 2012, wholesale food distribution companies Gold Mountain and Jinhan have merged with Chicago Food Corporation. Since then, Chicago Food Corporation has become the largest ethnic food distribution company in the Midwest with stores in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Ohio, Missouri, Michigan, Kansas, Kentucky, and Tennessee. The mission of Chicago Food Corporation is to provide the best ethnic food to local community consumers with upscale grocery store, gift shop, and seafood specializing in a combination of quality, authentic, hard to find, grocery items from around the world.

Both housings are the same dimensions square, however, the GFR is deeper. Both are finished to produce a clean, sharp appearance, and designed to ensure weather-tight construction. Top-access covers provide ease of installation and servicing. LENS/GASKET - The flat clear tempered glass lens is sealed to the housing with an EPDM gasket, preventing entry of moisture, dust and insects. TOP COVER FASTENERS - The four captive stainless steel fasteners secure the top-access cover to the housing. SOCKETS - Porcelain mogul-base sockets. All sockets are pulse-rated. LIGHT SOURCES - Pulse-Start Metal Halide, Natural White Pulse-Start Metal Halide, Metal Halide Reduced Envelope, or High Pressure Sodium. Clear lamp is supplied as standard. Pole Top: The cast aluminum mounting hub conceals the wiring compartment and mounts directly to LSI s unique pole-top mounting plate, via a highstrength grade five steel bolt with nylon insert and split lock washer for double locking. Support arms consist of four 11/16 O.D. aluminum rods and are prewired for ease of installation. FINISHES - Each fixture is finished with LSI s DuraGrip polyester powder coat finishing process. The DuraGrip finish withstands extreme weather changes without cracking or peeling, and is guaranteed for five full years. Standard colors include bronze, black, platinum plus, white, satin verde green, metallic silver, and graphite. DECAL STRIPING - LSI offers optional color-coordinated decals in 9 standard colors to accent the fixture. Decal is guaranteed for five years against peeling, cracking, or fading.
