HOUSING MOUNTING OPTICS PROTECTION The housing is constructed with a 1/8 thick extruded aluminum tubing and a heavy-duty cast aluminum top for rugged applications. The luminaire is equipped with a UV-stabilized polycarbonate lens and an internal anchoring system that provides a safe and clean mounting. The external blade louver system is constructed of solid cast aluminum. The lamp is covered with a watertight globe shielded by rings and mounted on aluminum spacers. The underside of the rings is painted a highly refl ective white for to enhance the light distribution. The cast aluminum housing is excellent for high traffi c areas. The luminaire is also protected from water and dust penetration. A gasket applied between the lens and the body completely seals the luminaire from water and dust penetration.

Standard metal halide and high-pressure sodium with core and coil CSA/UL listed ballasts. All ballasts are guaranteed for at least 2 years directly from the ballast manufacturer. All components are mounted onto a single plate for easy maintenance. Pulse start metal halide with standard uniform pulse start systems suitable for universal lamp mounting. Pulse start systems are guaranteed directly from the manufacturer for 5 years. Compact fl uorescent with electronic ballasts. Two spun aluminum rings cover a refractor with glare guard that screws into a spun aluminum holder. The top cap is solid cast aluminum. A ribbed borosilicate glass refractor encloses the lamp for type 5 distribution. A threaded holder 2 inches deep overlaps the refractor, which eliminates the risk of water penetration. The luminaire is constructed of solid cast aluminum, ideal for vandal prone areas.

HOUSING MOUNTING OPTICS PROTECTION The square base bollard is constructed of heavy duty cast aluminum. A clear borosilicate tempered glass is siliconed to the aluminum frame, which is hinged to the housing and secured with a captive screw. A precision laser-cut plate holds the refl ector while covering all of the components for a clean and safe fi nish. The bollard is available in either a single or a double confi guration.
