Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/868 of 13 June 2018 closed the open point on energy metering. By 1 January 2022, Member States shall ensure that an on-ground energy data collecting system capable of exchanging compiled energy billing data in accordance with point of this TSI is implemented. Hence these NTRs remain open until that time. Previously the only requirement in.4 that was notified to address the LOC&PAS TSI specific case for gauging was only contains the table of benchmark values, the actual are contained in and 3.4.2, therefore all of.4 has now been notified.
