11 The bucket. The De Donge buckets with its Eurdo teeth are generally recognised for the fact that the teeth hardly wear. Special pick points for rock dredging are available. This is important since the capacity of the BA 900 is such that some of the biggest splitbarges in the industry are used to receive the soil of this unique dredge. 11
12 A view in the E.R.; one QSK60 Cummins is installed in the ER, with another QSM11-DM Cummins as a backup system and boost performance. A view in the E.R.; all being spacious and well maintenance friendly. 12
13 The wheelhouse. From here the HRP thruster operation is controlled. Inside the wheelhouse and operator cabin a state of the art touchscreen is provided offering all kind of parameters of performance of the engines, hydraulics, greasing, thrusters, spuds, and other relevant parameters of the dredge.
