10 TSI / ASSAN HANIL JOINT VENTURE TSI Seats is a JV company of THY and Assan Hanil Automotive. (%50-%50) Scope of TSI is to design, produce and market aircraft passenger seats. TSI has finished the design of singleaisle short range economy class and convertible class aircraft seats. TSI is the first domestic aircraft seat manufacturer in Turkey. TSI seats have gained ADOA, POA and ETSO certificates from EASA. First order was placed for the retrofit project of 25 Boeing 737NG aircraft bythy in TSI has a production capacity of 10,000 seats per year and this will be increased to around seats per year in the near future.
