The life cycle of switch is improved by using the relay and it is typically applied to ECU main, fuel pump, lamp, wiper, door lock, HVAC, and any other applications requiring high current. We continuously develop to reduce the weight and size of conventional plug-in relay. On the other hand, we develop to extend the product line up of PCB and module type relay, and further develop SSR type switch device. PCB Type SSR Module

We set the standard for clean room environment as of 30k class, which is higher than relevant industry standard. In the production and assembly line, we have an air shower room for in-out products and employees and set clean air supply system in every area in plant. Zero Defect Process We eliminate particles with the air blower between the assembly lines before covering the component. Then we do pressure and withstanding nominal voltage inspections to test coil resistance, operating voltage, contact resistance, etc. After completing all inspections, we do flicker test before packing to find defect. In addition to that, our experts pick up some components randomly to test them again as an irregular test. In case of defected samples are found, they are delivered to separate inspection lab for further investigation. Then this case is studied carefully for better solutions or alternatives to improve defect ratio. With this thorough inspection process, we can accomplish zero defect manufacturing line.

With more than 25 fully automated systems, we supply different types of relays based on our customer request. In-House Capability To improve productivity and increase our strength, we have in-house facilities for production (some parts), molding and stamping. Especially, we design the product automation line as in-house. Our Automation team have designed a production automation for very flexible operation. Isolated Packing After assembly including covering and printing, the finished products are moved to isolated packing area. In packing area, we perform extra final flicker test before packing, then palletize based on customer s requirement. 15 We will try our best to become a Global Leading Company DAESUNG 15 Solid State Relay Solid State Relay is an electronic switching device that switches power to the load circuitry and enables the control signal to activate this switch without mechanical parts. Currently SSR is more required in automotive industry since it enables an endless life cycle, reduces power consumption, eliminates noise, and possible to control power and speed. We provide two types of SSR in ISO type for automotive industry. One is conventional IPS type which is already applied to various applications in vehicle, and the other is FET type which is specifically supplied by us.
