1 R62 A2 Technical Explanations GENERAL R62A2 is a new type developed specially for working with a free outlet or in typical AHU etc.; it has 9 backward curved blades with a diameter ratio of The technical features are: - lower broad band noise level - increased air performance - distinctily wide characteristic curves - constant high degree of efficiency - suitable for applications both free-blowing as well as in a casing (AHU) - compact design suitable for use with external rotor motors - high permissible operating speed Our characteristic curves apply in connection with our fan inlet type ED 11 on a PUNKER standard test bench (suction chamber) in accordance with DIN 24163/ISO Not suitable for filter-units and burner-blowers of conventional execution. For these applications we recommend our range HL upto HL56 having a more suitable and bigger characteristic curve steepness. MODELS Available in 14 sizes (ø ø 1,000) made from steel sheet, welded construction only, without surface protection (surface treatment against an extra charge). Max. circumferential speed of the standard width about 67 m/s. Application from -15 C to 50 C: as to catalogue details. Application from 50 C to 350 C: at reduced speed (further details upon request). Special executions in other sizes, with other hubs and from other materials upon request: 1. Aluminium 2. Stainless steel 3. Heat resisting steel 4. Higher circumferential speeds 5. Additional surface protection APPLICATIONS General roof fans, induced and forced draught fans, fans, exhaustor blowers, suction draught blowers and underblast fans, induced and forced draught fans for textile cleaning machinery, fans for corn drying, warm air blowers for airinflated halls, blowers for drying units and car washing plants, cooling blowers in general, as well as for vacuum pumps, hydraulic appratuses and motors, circulating fans for baking and cooking units, smoke chambers, warming cupboards.
