2 THE LEVITATE INNOVATIVE WORKFLOW Whit our International patent you can bend with mandrel pipes with diameters from 9.52 up to 42mm directly from coil, with a medium bending radium lower than 1.5 times the diameter and without mandrel from 4 to 42. You have two machines in one! 15 Whit Simcut line you can: The Simcut Line is a controlled cutting machine developed for each need of cut. It can reach a capacity up to 80mm diameter and 6mt length. The controlled movements of the cutting shifter offers a high precision and programmable setting of the saw parameters, improving the lifetime of the saw and having a significant reduction of the cycle time. The high precision on length is driven by a brushless system that permits to optimize automatic production. Further units, as brushing and trimming units, may be applied on the unload device, which can handle the off cuts. Technical data: Easy and efficient automatic programming, through touch-screen. Controlled loader speed up to 1 m/s, with programmable increase and decrease ramps. 17 Whit Simcut line you can: SIMCUT is a controlled cutting machine developed for any kind of cut, orbital or saw blade system. The controlled movements of the cutting shifter offers a high precision and programmable setting of the saw parameters, improving the lifetime of the saw and having a significant reduction of the cycle time. In the coil version, the ASPO (coil charger) can be controlled and speed driven. Following customer request, the ASPO driver can be piloted by the machine. The unload device can be manufactured with telescopic system to reduce overall dimensions.
