8 Ispect for damage before usig the air compressor, make sure the air tak is ot damaged, ispect all parts for damage, ad check that all pipes are firmly coected. do ot use the air compressor if ay damage is foud. If damaged, have a authorized service ceter ispect ad test the air compressor to esure that is workig properly. maitai a clear area It is very importat that the air compressor is positioed so that there is adequate airflow aroud the machie. There must be at least 2 feet of obstacle-free space surroudig ad above the air compressor. Save packagig Save all outside packagig i case you ever eed to retur the product for service or repair. compressor Locatio use o flat Surface for proper operatio, the air compressor must be placed o a flat surface with a iclie o greater tha 15 degrees. use i areas with clea air for proper operatio ad to maximize the logevity of the air compressor, it is very importat that the air draw ito the air compressor is clea. The air compressor should ot be used i areas where dust or particulates are i the air. This will damage the motor ad impair proper operatio. 9 electrical power electrical power requiremets operatig THe air CoMPreSSor Save this maual for future referece. before usig the air compressor, refer to the serial label for voltage ad amperage requiremets. Make sure you have a sufficiet electrical supply for supportig the motor's requiremets. use a dedicated circuit for the best results. low voltage ad/or a overload circuit ca cause the motor's overload protectio system circuit breaker to trip. electrical extesio cords Itroductio This air compressor features a compact structure, stable performace, a high airflow rate, ad easy operatio ad maiteace. because the air compressor produces o oil i the airflow, it ca be used as a idepedet air supply machie for situatios i which oil i the airflow is a issue. The motor directly drives the eccetric wheel-coectig bar system, makig the pisto move reciprocally. The pisto is made from a high-temperature-resistat ad abrasio-resistat ometallic material, ad is able to fuctio without lubricatio for a log time. Compressed air discharges i the air tak. a pressure meter displays the pressure iside the tak. Whe the pressure iside the tak rises to 8 bar, the power is automatically cut off by the pressure-cotrol switch. Whe the pressure iside the tak lowers to 6 bar, the power is tured back o by the pressure-cotrol switch. This gradually raises the pressure i the air tak. This procedure happes repeatedly. assembly 1. Coect your air supply hose to the the quick-coect couplig. 2. Make sure the draiage valve is off ad that the pressure switch is i the off positio. 3. esure that the power supply you are goig to use is operatig ormally. 4. Isert the power supply cord ito the power supply socket. Ispect all electrical extesio cords to esure that they are free of damage. Whe usig a extesio cord, use a heavy-duty cord that is o more tha 25 feet log ad at least 14 gauge. use oly a 3-wire extesio cord that has a 3-blade groudig plug. Customer Support:

10 test ru before usig the air compressor for the first time, complete a test ru as follows: 1. Tur the power switch to the off positio. Plug the power supply cord ito a power supply socket. Start the air compressor by turig the power switch to the o positio. The pressure gauge readig will slowly rise as pressure icreases iside the air tak. Whe the gauge readig reaches 120 PSI, the pressure switch will automatically tur the power off. This idicates that the compressor is workig ormally. 2. Tur the power switch to the off positio, uplug the power supply cord ad release the air i the tak by pullig o the safety valve. at this poit proceed to the ext step (daily operatios) startig the air compressor to cotiue to use. ote: If the air Compressor is ot workig properly, the pressure gauge will idicate that there is a decrease i pressure i the air tak. If there is a air leak from the compressor the pressure i the air tak decreases, the pressure switch resets ad the motor automatically turs back o. If you detect a air leakage, tur the power switch to the off positio, release the air from the tak by pullig o the safety valve. uplug the power supply cord ad cotact Customer Support for assistace. daily operatio Startig the compressor: 1. Tur the power switch to the off positio. 2. attach the air hose to the quick coect valve. 3. Close the draiage valve. 4. Tur the regulator kob completely to the left. This will tur dow the pressure at the air hose before startig. 5. Plug the power supply cord ito a power supply socket. 6. Tur the power switch to the o positio. 7. let the motor ru ad tak fill util motor turs off. 8. Tur the regulator kob to the right icreasig the pressure at the hose. Tur the pressure up util the desired pressure at the air hose is reached. 9. operate air tool ormally. 10. oly operate cotiously for 1 hour maximum. allow compressor to cool dow before restartig. Shuttig dow the compressor: 1. Tur the power switch to the off positio. 2. uplug the power supply cord. 3. reduce the pressure i the air tak through the air supply hose. 10 Customer Support:

11 MaITeaCe draiig the air tak The frequecy at which you should drai the air tak depeds o the evirometal coditios ad the amout of operatig time logged. The average draiig frequecy is every 2 to 3 days. 1. Place the air compressor above a cotaier capable of holdig water. 2. With compressed air i the air tak, slowly tur the drai valve kob couterclockwise. The water i the air tak will drai out. 3. after all of the accumulated water has draied out, tur the drai valve kob clockwise util it is tight, i order to avoid leakage. chagig the air filter The air filter is desiged to reduce oise ad help prevet particulates i the air from eterig ad damagig the air compressor. after beig used for a period of time, the air filter will become clogged. This will reduce the air itake capabilities of the air compressor, reducig performace. Therefore, the air filter must be replaced regularly. 1. ope the lid o the air filter, the remove the old filter. 2. replace it with a ew filter, the close the lid. adjustig the pressure Switch The pressure switch is used to cotrol the automatic stop-adstart fuctio of the air compressor, esurig the correct pressure of the compressed air i the air tak is maitaied. If the pressure of the compressed air i the air tak is foud ot to be i the stadard rage set by the maufacturer, the pressure switch must be adjusted to correctly set the activatio valve. (The pressure at which the air compressor will stop ruig is 8 bar, ad the pressure at which the air compressor will start ruig agai is 6 bar.) adjust the pressure switch as follows: 1. ope the casig to access the pressure switch. 2. adjust the settig screw for the maximum pressure. Turig the settig screw clockwise makes the activatio pressure higher, so the pressure at which the air compressor stops ruig will be higher. 3. adjust the settig screw for pressure differece. Turig the settig screw clockwise makes for a larger pressure differece, so the differece betwee the pressure at which the air compressor starts ad the pressure at which the air compressor stops is larger. Gradual adjustmets should make the activatio pressures withi the rage set by the maufacturer. testig for Leaks Make sure all coectios are tight. do ot overtighte. a small leak i ay hose or pipe coectio will reduce the air compressor's performace. To test for small leaks, spray a small amout of soapy water o the area suspected of leakig. If the soap bubbles, replace the broke part. cleaig Clea items with a soft brush, or wipe with a moisteed cloth usig a biodegradable solvet. do ot use flammable liquids such as gasolie or alcohol. always keep parts clea from dirt ad dust for better performace. SToraGe before storig for a prologed period of time: 1. Tur off the power supply. 2. discoect the power cord from the power supply. 3. Pull the relief valve ad release all the pressure from the air tak. 4. Clea the air compressor to remove all dirt ad dust. 5. Cover the air compressor with a cover to protect the uit from dust ad moisture. 6. do ot stack or store ay items o top of or aroud the air compressor. damage could occur. Customer Support:
