B--uts with missig torque stripes must be looseed ad retighteed, before applicatio of ew torque stripes. 2 Ispect the compressor impeller leadig edges for damage. 3 Clea the compressor, as required, with a chemical wash solutio if dirt buildup is evidet. 4 Without disassembly, ispect the turbie ad exhaust collector supports for coditio of welded joits, cracks ad bucklig. 5 Usig a small mirror ad a flashlight, ispect flow divider iside turbie ad exhaust collector support for cracks or separated tack welds. If crackig of sheet metal or welds is foud but limits are ot exceeded, ispect every 25 hours util support is repaired, flow divider is removed, or limits are exceeded. HOWEVER, ANY SUDDEN INCREASE IN OIL CONSUMPTION IS INDICATIVE OF OIL SYS TEM PROBLEMS AND MUST BE CORRECTED. 11 Check oil supply level. If the egie has bee idle for more tha 15 miutes, motor the egie for 30 secods to scavege ay oil that may have draied ito the gearbox from the oil tak. Failure to completely scavege the oil from the gearbox will cause a false idicatio of high oil cosumptio. See Post Flight Check No , Table 101 Trouble--shootig, items 17 ad 18. Check oil supply level withi 15 miutes of egie shutdow. 12 Ispect for extesio of impedig oil filter bypass idicator. If idicator is exteded, clea oil filter , PARA 1.C.
