The center section is heavily coitstructed with reinforcing ribs both inside and outside for greater strength, lighter weight and cleaner appearance. This quick change unit is constructed of spe-_ cial h igh strength aluminum alloy and precision machined to close tolerances in our own plant. The quick change gearl.ng is extra wide and is made from heat-treated steel alloy for long, hard service. Any 3 sets of gear ratios are furnished with center section. The design of this unit permits installation and operation as single, dual or 3 carburetor manifold. A cover plate is furnished to block off third carburetor opening when running as a dual. Efficient passaging of fuel mixture to all cylinders insures maximum power and performance. Dynamometer tests have proven that this manifold adds 9 horsepower.. 4 CYCLONE CYLINDER HEADS Cyclone cylinder heads are known and used wherever competition is the keenest. They are outstanding for durability and smart appearance, and are constructed of the finest aluminum alloy obtainable. Cyclone heads are designed to carry a maximum amount of water and are attractively finned. for efficient cooling and best appearance. Extra heavy thickness of material has been maintained over the combustion chamber area. Cyclone heads are supplied in compression ratios of 8.75 to 1, with other ratios available on request. FORD MODEL "A" OR "8" This head is constructed of highest quality cast aluminum and is designed to use standard Ford studs and water pump. Ta:kes t4mtn spark plugs and is available in three compression ratios: 7.50, 8 or 10 to 1. This is a precision machined head that gives excellent performance. Highly polished finish. Price $40.00 FORD 6 STOCK HEAD This head is designed primarily for use on road jobs and passenge~: car conversions. It is made especially for engines using stock or factory replacement pistons for normal fast road car use where good acceleration and top speed characteristics are desired. Tapped for 14mm plugs. 5 CYCLONE CLUTCH HOUSING & DOG CLUTCH T his is a complete unit with bearings, shafts, and shifting mechanism. Finished machine crankshaft connector can be furnished, ready for installation on your engine. The connector shaft is- sufficiently long so that a motor plate installation can be made between the clutch housing and the engine if needed, or the housing can be bolted directly to the engine if so desired. The rear of this housing can be drilled for either a Model "A" or V-8 universal joint housing, or a quick change gear box can be used without alteration. Fits Ford V-8 or Mercury.
