At our option, Street Rod Bracketry will repair or replace any Street Rod Bracketry manufactured item found to be defective in material or workmanship. No monetary refund will be awarded except in the event an incorrect product application was received, then, only if Street Rod Bracketry cannot provide correct application product. Street Rod Bracketry will not be liable for any personal or property damages caused by use or misuse of any product we sell or manufacture. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days from purchase date. All returns after 30 days will be charged a 10% restocking fee. No returns accepted after 6 months from purchase date. All returns must have RGA# (return goods authorization; call for RGA#) on shipping label. Must be accompanied with copy of invoice. Must be freight pre-paid.
