2 B-2 Drive Belts RCD stocks the largest selection of Gates Power Grip GT2, Poly Chain GT2 Standard HTD and HTD YU II positive drive belts in the racing industry. These belts (in pitch sizes shown below) are available in a variety of widths and lengths. Standard HTD has been the leader in the new generation of high performance curvilinear synchronous belts. First developed in the early 70 s, it has been continuously improved through the years. Its neoprene and fiberglass construction have proven extremely durable for virtually all racing applications (with the exception of alcohol and fuel classes). This belt can be back-bent. Power Grip GT2 is an improvement over the HTD belt. It is a rubber belt with a fiberglass tensile member, neoprene backing and teeth, and a tough nylon facing for low friction and wear resistance. This belt has excellent flex life, high resistance to elongation and good length stability. This belt can be back-bent. 14mm GT2 PolyChain 14mm HTD PolyChain 13.9mm HTD PolyChain 11mm GT2 PolyChain 8mm GT2 PolyChain 8mm HTD Standard 5mm HTD Standard Poly Chain GT2 A second generation Poly Chain product has a patented tooth profile which substantially improves stress distribution. In addition, it incorporated the latest urethane and aramid materials technology for the tensile member, coupled with a completely new manufacturing method. These materials have very high modulus and tensile strength. This unique product has horsepower ratings up to four times that of its rubber counterpart! Its high impact strength withstands extreme shock and surge loading. The result is a product superior to anything in its class - without exception! This belt has been widely accepted in the fuel classes as giving superior performance compared to any other belt. This belt should NOT be back-bent. Poly Chain GT2 (PS Series) The newest generation Poly Chain belt developed exclusively for Top Fuel cars, but may be run in any class for those demanding superior performance. This new generation Poly Chain uses a modified core construction and materials used in the proven Poly Chain predecessor. Tests on championship race teams have shown an increase in reliability and the ability for more runs per belt, reducing overall belt replacement costs. The result is a product superior to anything in its class - without exception! This belt should NOT be back bent. 1/2 inch GT2 PowerGrip

12 B-12 Idler Plates Big Block Chevy Idler Plate Fits all Big Block Chevy, KB, KB Olds, Rodeck and 481X. It is machined from 3/4 thick aluminum or magnesium plate. It has a 7 long slot which provides for adequate adjustment. The assembly includes: studs, spacers, nuts, washers and 1/4 thick water block-off plates. Option: Ported 1 water block-off plates are available. PN: Big Block Chevy Idler plate with Outboard Support This idler bracket assembly provides the most stable mounting platform for the idler pulley. The back plate is 3/4 thick. The outboard support is 1/2 thick. Accepts either smooth or toothed idler pulleys. Includes 1/4 water block-off plates. All parts machined from 2024-T3 aluminum bar and plate. PN: w/3.2 Idler Spacing PN: w/4.4 Idler Spacing Small Block Chevy Idler Plate For all small block Chevys and derivatives such as Rodeck or Donovan. Machined from 3/4 thick aluminum plate for rigidity in full competition applications. The kit includes: studs, spacers, nuts, washers and 1/4 thick water block-off plates. PN: NOTE: Additional Chevy water block options on page E-8 Ford Idler Plate with Outboard Support This idler bracket assembly provides the most stable mounting platform for the idler pulley. 13 Idler Plates B Chrysler angled idler bracket Complete with top brace and dual magneto support. This idler bracket allows the maximum amount of idler pulley adjustment. The adjusting slot starts at the top in the center and moves out and down at a 45 angle to clear under a dual magneto drive. Top brace provides additional outboard support for the idler pulley keeping it parallel with the blower drive sprockets. The additional friction surface also helps prevent slipping. Dual magneto supports are for I.C.E., Enderle, and S.A.E. standard or tall cam location. Brackets and idlers are available in either aluminum or magnesium. The 3/4 diameter idler stud nut, and side stools for toothed idler, are available in titanium. Includes all bolts, nuts, studs and spacers. It can be used with a dual magneto drive but the idler pulley travel is limited by interference with the magneto drive. This 3/4 thick idler plate provides a stable platform for the idler pulley. Assembly includes studs, spacers, nuts and washers. PN: Short Slot PN: Long Slot 392 Chrysler or 417 Donovan This 3/4 thick idler plate provides a stable mounting platform for the idler pulley. Spools, studs, nuts and washers for mounting idler plate available. All parts machined from 2024-T3 aluminum bar and plate. Magnesium plate machined from AZ31B-H24 plate. 14 B-14 Blower Snouts RCD s blower snouts are available in aluminum magnesium coated to resist corrosion. All snout assemblies are complete with shaft, bearings, seal, lock rings, fasteners and O ring. Features: Face O ring seal between housing and blower front cover. Magnesium housings have flanged aluminum bushings around bolt holes. Snout housings are machined from solid billet magnesium or aluminum. Drive shafts are gun drilled and interior dimension profiled for maximum weight reduction. Standard blower drive shaft is machined from heat treated chrome-moly steel with major diameter 24 tooth involute spline for best strength and precision slip fit. Sprocket fasteners are Grade 8 socket head bolts or 12 point bolts, with correct grip length for top sprocket and starter jaw. Select snouts have 12 mount holes and 2 bearings in the snout to help carry the bending load the blower drive belt puts on the front of the blower and the rotors. Option: 300M blower drive shaft is machined from heat treated E4340 modified steel with an incredible 280,000 psi tensile strength. Blower Snout Spacer with Center Support Bearing This spacer allows the blower to be moved back 1.50 while retaining the blower sprocket in the same location. The spacer is machined from billet aluminum and is complete with bearing, correct length bolts and two O ring seals. A longer drive hub is required. PN: NOTE: 1.5 longer coupler must be used. NOTE: If a blower mount starter is used, the stands must be extended.
