8 R11178 DW626 ROUTER 3HP Armature spindle thread is M20 Item 800 grease - Apply gms to spring (161) SEE REPAIR INSTRUCTION DRAWING E When refitting the switch (103) use the following procedure to ensure correct assembly: 1) Place the bottom of the switch into the main casting at an angle (C) 2) Then push the top of the switch firmly into position (D) 3) Pre-assemble the actuator (116) into the cover (117) (E) 4) Then locate the cover / actuator assembly into the main housing (F). Make sure that the actuator (X) is located onto the switch trigger when assembling (Y). Check switch action. SEE REPAIR INSTRUCTION DRAWING E The armature (101) is retained in the bottom casting by means of a circlip located in a groove along the armature shaft. The following procedure should be followed when replacing an armature. Assemble the main bearing (145) and retaining plate (146) into the bottom casting (142) with three screws (147). Place washer (134) over the armature shaft make sure it is fitted as shown in the Repair Diagram E12471, and push the armature through the bearing (145) (G). Turn the assembly upside down and position the circlip (148) on the armature shaft (use a pair of circlip pliers to start off (H). Use Service tool to slide the circlip down the armature shaft until it locates into the groove (J). R11178en.rtf
