There is no longer a requirement to fit this part after repair. 36 Fill the Recess in the seal with Paragon Grease ( 802 ) 44 The Date Code and Serial Number can be found stamped on the Main housing next to the Black plastic cover (66). After repair, mark the housing with the letter R next to the Serial Number. The serial number must be quoted on all repair documentation. The Housing is supplied with the Crankshaft Bearings and the Pin for the Double Gear. 800 This is the only Grease to be used in the Servicing / Repair of this Product do not use any other type. 801 THIS GREASE MUST NOT BE USED ON THE INTERNAL COMPONENTS OF THE PRODUCT. IT IS ONLY USED TO LUBRICATE THE CHISEL BITS. A range of special Service Tooling is available Crank gear removal and assembly Jig Motor Assembly Jig Snap Ring assembly Jig Spindle seal & Tool Holder assembly tool Armature Bearing & Seal assembly tool. In addition to the , and the above, the following tooling is required to repair the D25940K 12KG VDH Spindle seal insertion tool Supplementary Snap Ring assembly kit. To be used in conjuction with the 10 KG kit If this is not available then use the complete kit below Snap Ring assembly Complete kit.
