2 Introduction The bearings used on the Tatry manufactured routers DW625/E, DW624, MOF177/E, MOF131 have been upgraded to a higher specification bearing in order to overcome problems with the old bearings overheating. The new bearing specification, which uses a higher temperature grease, is suited to the speed and application of these routers, and all routers should be repaired using the new bearings. The modification to the bearings were made on change note 7766 : changes to use changes to use is a bearing still used on other products that are able to use the lower specification, compared to the new router one, of this bearing is NLS as this was only used on routers. Please find attached an example, for information, the drawing, parts list and repair instruction of a Dewalt & Elu router.
