Register and then start the CADHOC system designer and you can configure your individual hot runner system already. For each hot runner system, 3-D models including negative volume are available for downloading. This service is rounded off by the provision of the relevant price information (as a PDF file). will contain a link to the product data for the configured hot runner system. Guenther s new Powder Metal Steel Insert (PM Insert) is made from a high hardness powder metallurgical steel and guarantees economical, wear free operation in the tool. The unique design of the PM Insert and Valve Pin provides that during actuation the valve pin is precisely guided into the cylindrical gate of the PM Insert assuring that no wear occurs on the cylindrical shut off of the valve pin or the gate portion of the PM Insert. If over an extended time any wear develops in the gate, the PM insert is easily removed from the nozzle for a fast and very economical change No more need to repair the gates in the tool! GÜNTHER Systems are designed from our Standard manifold and Nozzle Platforms to cut the delivery time of a complete system. We can supply you a Valve Gate System with a pitch distance starting at 8 mm (0.314 ) or as large as you need, and each nozzle is controlled separately for a very finite temperature control enabling the processing of low viscosity plastics and elastomers as well as reinforced engineered resins. The Valve Gate nozzles are available in Single Valve Gate Nozzles or in multiple nozzle and manifold systems featuring the following actuation technologies: Individual Valve Gate Cylinder Lifting Plate Actuation Sliding Cam Plate Actuation The actuation systems can be designed for pneumatic or hydraulic operation.
