HINT: Disconnect the necessary one touch air connector of the height control valves and bleed the air. Disconnect height control sensor link from shock absorber lower bracket. Remove the nut and disconnect the sensor link. Torque:.0 Nm (8 inch/lb) Disconnect steering knuckle from upper ball joint. Remove clip and nut. Torque: Nm (8 ft/lb) Using Special Service Tool or equivalent, disconnect the steering knuckle from upper ball joint. Support the steering knuckle securely. Disconnect pneumatic cylinder from shock absorber lower bracket. Remove the bolt and nut. Torque: 7 Nm ( ft/lb) HINT: fter stabilizing the suspension, torque the bolt. Disconnect air tube from pneumatic cylinder. Remove the grommet and disconnect the air tube from pneumatic cylinder. Torque: 7 Nm ( ft/lb) T-0-, T-0-.

REMOVL Remove suspension control actuator. 7 Remove nuts and actuator cover. Torque: 8 Nm ( ft/lb) Disconnect the actuator connector. Remove nuts and actuator. Torque: 7.8 Nm (9 inch/lb) HINT: t time of installation match the rod of pneumatic cylinder with the hole in the actuator. 8 Remove front pneumatic cylinder. Remove nuts and pneumatic cylinder. Torque: 8 Nm ( ft/lb) 9 Remove suspension support. Remove nuts and suspension support. Torque: Nm (7 ft/lb) INSTLLTION IS THE REVERSE ORDER OF REMOVL T-0-, T-0-.

In trunk, pull back RH rear access cover to expose the ride control computer. (There are bolts hidden inside convenience tray.) Pull back protective coating on wiring bundle closest to you (on ride control computer). LOTE THE FOLLOING IRES ND UT THEM: Violet Violet with a green stripe Violet with a yellow stripe Violet with a red stripe Tape both ends of the wires to make sure they don't touch the metal surfaces. Reinstall the access tray Turn off air ride suspension switch. In trunk, pull back RH rear access cover to expose the ride control computer. (There are bolts hidden inside convenience tray.) Pull back protective coating on wiring bundle closest to you (on ride control computer). LOTE THE FOLLOING IRES ND UT THEM: Violet Violet with a yellow stripe Tape both ends of the wires to make sure they don't touch the metal surfaces. Reinstall the access tray. T-0-, T-0-.

Torque: Nm(8ft/lb) D) Loosen the suspension support center nut. *DO NOT REMOVE THE NUT* INSTLLTION HINT: Torque: 7 Nm (0ft/lb) E) Lower the rear axle carrier and remove the bolt on lower side of shock absorber.
