2 7 Axis Ceiling Mount with Extendable Arm and Biased Pan and Tilt Head PN s 80104, of-5 NOTE: Shown with an with a biased 75/100mm VESA pan and tilt head PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS General Features This ceiling mount can be used as a universal support system for VESA compatible monitors, touchscreens and terminals for Point of Sale / POS, Kitchen Display Systems / KDS in commercial kitchens, retail, restaurants, offices, industry, shops, medical, maritime, schools, laboratory and many other applications. All wall ceiling systems can be ordered with an optional Stud Bridge Mounting Plate (PN 50546) that can support multiple mounts and attaches across a pair of vertical wall studs spaced at 16" on center. This hardware and bracket assembly supports up to 20lbs.

3 3-of-5 25 LB Biased Pan and Tilt Head Features This assembly includes a 75/100mm VESA compatible screen pan and tilt head. If your assembly includes an adaptor plate for a proprietary screen type; please refer to the pages that include information specific to that application. The screen Pan Position can be easily adjusted side to side and locked in any position with the five point hand knob. The pan position can also be permanently secured by tightening the lock screw in the base of the head to secure it into one of the holes in the round plate on the end of the arm. The screen Tilt Position can be easily adjusted up and down and locked in any position with the two four point hand knobs. The tilt position can also be permanently secured by tightening the lock screws on the sides of the head to secure it into one of the holes in the sides of the base bracket. Thick Nitrile rubber washers provide an adjustable clutching action that secures the up and down tilt and side to side pan position of the head. The biased position or screen vertical side to side tilt position of the pan and tilt head can be adjusted the height of the left or right sides as needed by loosening the biased positioning three point knob on the top rear of the VESA mounting plate; leveling the top of the screen and then retightening the knob.

4 4-of-5 Multi Adjustable Arm Features The arm can be adjusted side to side and locked in one of many preset positions at the mounting surface by tightening the lock screw so that it indexes into any one of the position locking holes in the stand off bracket. The downward or upward angle of the arm at the mounting surface can be adjusted at the top of the arm section by releasing the lock pin clip in the offset bracket, removing the lock pin; repositioning the arm angle and then reinserting the lock pin back through the offset bracket and arm; then engaging the lock pin clip. The downward or upward angle of the arm at the bottom of the arm section can be adjusted by releasing the lock pin clip in the offset bracket, removing the lock pin; repositioning the arm angle and then reinserting the lock pin through the offset bracket and arm; then engaging the lock pin clip. The arm length can be adjusted up to 6 inches by loosening the three point hand knob on the side of the middle of the arm, reposition the arm and then retighten the knob. There are three extension arm assembly sections available; please specify when ordering: Mount with a 8.5 L lower arm section that allows the mount to extend from 19.5 to 25 order P/N Mount with a 20 L lower arm section that allows the mount to extend from 30 to 36 order P/N Mount with a 26 L lower arm section that allows the mount to extend from 36 to 42 order P/N

5 5-of-5 25lb Panning Ceiling Mounting Plate Features Single Position 25lb Mounting Plate attaches directly to a ceiling or any other flat horizontal surface. This assembly supports VESA compatible monitors, touchscreens and terminals for Point of Sale / POS, Kitchen Display systems / KDS up to approximately 22 or 25lbs. The mounting plate includes four integral welded gussets which greatly strengthen the assembly. The mount plate includes multiple slots for cable tie points. All mounting plates can be attached to an optional Stud Bridge Mounting Plate (PN 50546) that can support multiple mounts and attaches across a pair of structural members spaced at 16" on center. The side to side position of the arm on the mounting the plate can be locked at any location within its 360 degree rage of movement at 18 degree increments by tightening the lock screw.
