3 3-of-10 General Features Whether you call them monitor mounts, touch screen mounts, VESA mounts or a VESA mounting brackets; our product lines offer many value added modular features. This Shelf Edge or Countertop VESA mount can be used as a universal support system for all mm VESA compatible monitors, touchscreens and terminals for Point of Sale / POS, Kitchen Display Systems / KDS in commercial kitchens, retail, restaurants, offices, industry, shops, medical, maritime, schools, laboratory and many other applications. This mounting system offers five different axis of movement that can be adjusted and locked into any desired position without tools. This assembly supports up to 20 lbs. Attaches directly to a Shelf edge counter top, desk, work bench or other flat horizontal surface. Panning Mounting Plate Features The Panning Mounting Plate attaches to any flat surface and rotates 360 Degrees. The Panning Mounting Plate can also be used with the optional Desk Clamp Assembly Kit PN Long or Short VESA Pan and Tilt Head Adjustable Length Arms The telescopic arm features multiple positioning holes at 1 increments that allow the overall length of the arms to be adjusted to either extended or retracted as needed. This feature allows the screen or enclosure to be pulled out from or pushed back to the edge of the shelf or counter top. 25 LB Biased Pan and Tilt Head Features This assembly includes a mm VESA compatible screen pan and tilt head. If your assembly includes an adaptor plate for a proprietary screen type; please refer to the pages that include information specific to that application. The screen Pan Position can be easily adjusted side to side and locked in any position with the five point hand knob. The pan position can also be permanently secured by tightening the lock screw in the base of the head to secure it into one of the holes in the round plate on the end of the arm. The screen Tilt Position can be easily adjusted up and down and locked in any position with the two four point hand knobs. The tilt position can also be permanently secured by tightening the lock screws on the sides of the head to secure it into one of the holes in the sides of the base bracket. Thick Nitrile rubber washers provide an adjustable clutching action that secures the up and down tilt and side to side pan position of the head. The biased position or screen vertical side to side tilt position of the pan and tilt head can be adjusted the height of the left or right sides as needed by loosening the biased positioning three point knob on the top rear of the VESA mounting plate; leveling the top of the screen and then retightening the knob.

5 5-of-10 Panning Mounting Plate Assembly PN The Panning Mounting Plate Assembly can be installed on any flat, horizontal surface in standard or inverted orientation. The Panning Mounting Plate allows one of any type of arm to be inserted, supported and secured. This assembly includes one 3/16 Locking Pin with attached spilt ring and a Raised Head thumbscrew. This Mounting Plate Assembly offers of wide range of side to side pan positions that are secured with an easy to use thumbscrew. A Locking Pin is inserted through holes in the channel section to secure an arm section at the desired length. This component is made of cold rolled steel and is available in two durable, powder coat finish choices: a high gloss silver chrome finish that emulates the look of polished stainless steel or a black, low gloss, micro wrinkle finish that resists fingerprints. 6 6-of-10 Heavy Duty Desk Clamp Assembly Kit PN The Heavy Duty Desk Clamp attaches to our Panning Mounting Plate Assembly PN with four ¼- 20 Phillips head screws. The gripping area of the clamp is 6 W X 4 D This assembly includes a self- adhesive non slip pad that is installed on the bottom of the Panning Mounting Plate Assembly PN to reduce slippage and prevent any marring of the surface. Includes four ¼- 20 X 38 L Phillips head screws. The clamp can be attached to most smooth horizontal surfaces that are from 1 to 3 ½ thick. Two, large, four point hand knobs make it easy to secure the clamp to the edge of the mounting surface. This assembly is made of cold rolled steel and is available in two durable, powder coat finish choices: a high gloss silver chrome finish that emulates the look of polished stainless steel or a black, low gloss, micro wrinkle finish that resists fingerprints. 7 7-of-10 Long VESA Pan and Tilt Head Arm PN The Long Pan and Tilt Head Arm component can be used in many different ways as part of a custom configured mounting assembly. One end of these arm supports a VESA Pan and Tilt Head and features a round panning plane base plate attached to the end of the arm. The plate has a 5/16 ID center hole for insertion of the shaft of a five point hand knob to secure the pan position. Locking Pin holes are provided at one inch increments along all faces of the arm and both ends of the arm are sealed with durable black plastic end caps. This component is made of cold rolled steel and is available in two durable, powder coat finish choices: a high gloss silver chrome finish that emulates the look of polished stainless steel or a black, low gloss, micro wrinkle finish that resists fingerprints. Short VESA Pan and Tilt Head Arm PN The Short VESA Pan and Tilt Head Arm component can be used in many different ways as part of a custom configured mounting assembly. 8 8-of-10 VESA Biased Pan and Tilt Head PN CH The VESA Biased Pan and Tilt Head supports all 75mm or 100mm VESA compatible screens up to 20 lbs. It offers three planes of position adjustment without tools via the hand knobs; the pan and tilt positions can also be locked permanently with a Phillips screw driver. The side to side tilting or bias angle; can be adjusted to bring the screen to a level position and locked with the three point hand knob. This assembly includes four M4 x 8mm long screws that are used to attach most VESA compliant screens to the Pan and Tilt Head. This assembly also includes an Anti- Slip Washer and a Five Point hand knob to attach the Pan and Tilt Head to the pan plane base plate of an arm assembly.
