2 Mikro Fok General Description Fibre optic cable blowing machine is designed for diameter 6mm-8 mmcable to the ducts 14 mm diameter. We have given parts for diameter 1-3 mm cable to 8 mm duct.you can change duct and cable diameters with using parts given with machine HDP pipe air pressure indicator, adjusting nut and section of lubrication Air inlet quick connection element Fiber optic cable driving drums and cable outlet chamber Air engine air pressure indicator adjusting nut and section of lubrication Air engine control level

3 Placing of Fiber Optic Cable, Nutrings and HDP pipes on the Machine Figure 1 Figure 2 Figure 3 4 Figure First, numbered 1 cover in the figure 1 is opened by removing the numbered nuts for the placing the fiber optic cable on the machine. After that the fiber optic cable can placed into the machine by lifting up the rubber roll from the numbered 3 lever such as in figure 2. HDP pipe is pushed up to numbered 4 gauge point in the figure 3 and is fixed by tightening with the numbered 5 bolts. Numbered 6 parts of 2-channel nutring is mounted on the output chamber in the terms of facing the direction of the cable such as in figure 3. Black o-rings should be toched to the HDP pipe and nutrings such as in the figure. Finally, numbered 7 upper cover is closed such as in figure 4 and nuts are tightened. Making Air Connection Removing Fiber Optic Cable from the Machine Figure 5 Figure 6 You can make the air connection with the 12 mm air pipe such as figures in numered 5 and 6. You can use hose in different diameters instead of 14 mm hose by changing the quick connection element. Figure 7 Figure 8 Solid part allen is taken out by loosening. Numbered 3 bolts in figure 11 are loosen and output chamber have moved up and down for making this adjusting. 5 Preparing the Air that Goes to HDP Pipe and Air Engine The part that provide to sent the drops of lubrication oil into HDP pipe for reducing the friction that can be occured in the HDP pipe during the cable installation. The amount of oil that to be gone into the HDP from oil adjustment screw and fine tipped bolts that given with the machine is setted. It shows the air pressure in the HDP pipe. Should be in the range 8-10 bar You can set the air pressure that goes to the HDP pipe. The water of air that comes from the compressor is gathered in the jar at the button. The water in the jar is taken from the tap under the jar. The air that goes to the HDP pipe is opened and closed through this valve. The part that provide to send conditioner oil into air engine, the amount of oil that to be gone from oil adjustment screw and fine-tipped bolts. One drop per munite is enough. You can set the air pressure that goes to the air engine. The water of air that comes from the compressor is gathering in the jar at the button. The water in the jar is taken from the tap at the bottom of the jar. It shows the air pressure in the air engine, should be in the range 6-7 bar. The air that goes to the air engine is opened and closed through this valve.
