1 GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION DECREE NO July 2018 Moscow In connection with the application by the United States of America from March 23, 2018, of a special protective measure with regard to the import of steel and aluminum products, including those originating from the Russian Federation, and in accordance with article 40, paragraph 2, of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Article 40 of the Federal Law "On the Basics of State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity", the Government of the Russian Federation resolves: 1. To approve the attached rates of import customs duties for certain goods originating in the United States of America and imported into the Russian Federation, which are different from the rates of the Single Customs Tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union. 2.
