3 I) Check Battery Operation: Using a Flat head screwdriver, unlock and remove the seat. Locate the battery harness, unplug the connector then use a volt-meter to check battery condition at connector. Step (1) Turn to unlock plastic screw Step (2) Unlock position 3

4 I) Check Battery Unplug the battery connector (RED) underneath seat Step (3) Step (4) 4

5 I) Check Battery Step (5) Voltage Reading: 6.0 V ~ 6.6 V Good condition 5.6 V ~ 5.9 V Proceed to Recharge 5.5 V Battery needs to be recharged. If after the stipulated recharging time, voltage has not increased, the battery needs replacement Below 5.5 V Battery needs replacement 5

6 II) Check Wiring Connection Operation: There are two wiring connections that should be checked. A. Motor/Gearbox : Follow above (Point I) to remove the seat, locate the Gearbox harness underneath. Check the white connector of Gearbox underneath the seat 6

7 II) Check Wiring Connection B. Steering Wheel Unscrew the Steering Wheel on the right side Step (1) Pull it out and up to remove from steering column Step (2) 7

8 II) Check Wiring Connection Step (3) Check wiring connection for the sound effects of Steering Wheel Unplug the connector and follow steps below to check the wiring inside the Dashboard. Otherwise, reverse above procedures to re-assemble the vehicle. 8

the problem is addressed and fixed, reverse above steps to re-assemble the vehicle.

11 II) Check Wiring Connection Step (5) Remove the Dashboard from the car body and check the wiring connection Step (6) There are two sets of black plugs connecting the Dashboard If the problem is addressed and fixed, reverse above steps to re-assemble the vehicle. If not, unplug the connectors and follow the steps below to further check the wiring inside Dashboard. 11

14 II) Check Wiring Connection B: F/R Switch Step (11) Blue (top blade) Purple (middle) Yellow (bottom) Check the wiring connections of Forward/Reverse shifter Reverse above procedures to re-assemble the vehicle 14

15 III) Check Foot Pedal Operation: Follow below procedures to check the Foot Pedal connection. Step (1) Turn over the vehicle and pull out the Foot Pedal cover by screwdriver from the right side Empty (front) Step (2) Pink Pink 15

16 III) Check Foot Pedal Snap it back in place Step (3) 2 1 Slide in the Foot Pedal into chassis from right side 16

17 IV) Gearbox Replacement Operation: Follow below steps to remove and replace the gearbox. Step (1) Use Flat screwdriver to lift up the wheel cap at its five ends (Rear right wheel only) Step (2) Use the screwdriver to remove the snap pin from the axle 17

18 IV) Gearbox Replacement Step (3) Remove the wheel from axle Keep the parts organized for re-assembly Step (4) 18

19 IV) Gearbox Replacement Unplug the gearbox connector (white) underneath the seat Step (5) Step (6) Cut the cable tie to release and remove the gearbox 19

20 IV) Gearbox Replacement Step (7) Unplug the Headlights connector with Blue/White wires which is located underneath the wheel fender Unscrew these three screws to remove the wiring cover Step (8) 20

21 IV) Gearbox Replacement Then unscrew the wire clip at the inside of wiring cover Step (9) Step (10) Pull the gearbox and wire harness out from the axle 21

re-assemble the vehicle For re-assembly, put the B/W

22 IV) Gearbox Replacement Replace the entire gearbox with a new one Step (11) Reverse above procedures to re-assemble the vehicle For re-assembly, put the B/W harness through the circular hole first Step (12) 22

23 IV) Gearbox Replacement Then passing out the harness at the next wiring slot Step (13) Step (14) Align the motor and gearbox to the proper location 23

24 V) Butterfly Door Replacement Operation: Follow above Procedure (IIB) to remove the Steering Wheel. Step (1) Unscrew the two screws at the inner side of windshield frame Open the door and unscrew the screw next to the piston point Step (2) 24

25 V) Butterfly Door Replacement Use Flat screwdriver to lift the piston holder out of the car body Step (3) Step (4) Lift and remove the whole door from the holder slot 25

26 V) Butterfly Door Replacement Step (5) Replace the entire door with new one Step (6) Insert the piston holder to the slot in car body 26

27 V) Butterfly Door Replacement Press the tab here Step (7) Use a screwdriver press the holder into place Close the door Step (8) 27

28 V) Butterfly Door Replacement Step (9) Hold and lightly compress the piston to press the door into place Reverse the above Steps 1&2 to re-assemble the vehicle 28

29 VI) Warning Stickers Operation: Check and replace the damaged warning stickers after repairing. (1) Behind the seat 29
