2 1. Front Fascia Removal 1.1 Remove the 6 plastic clips that secure the upper valance, then remove. 1.2 Remove 6 upper bolts that hold the grille and front fascia. 1.3 Slide back the red retention clip on upper connector and disconnect. #

3 1.4 Turn steering wheel to full lock, to provide access to wheel well. Remove the 5 screws along the front outer lip of the wheel well liner. Pull the wheel well liner back and remove the vertical top corner bolt that holds the fender to the fascia and pull out the plastic tabs. Repeat on other side. 1.5 Remove the two bolts on the underside of the car that retain the lower section of the fascia. 1.6 From the top of the car, reaching behind the grille, release the two large clips with a screwdriver. $

Place front fascia assembly onto a blanket or foam in front of vehicle. 1.8 Using a screwdriver, carefully snap off the 30 tabs that retain the factory grille, then using a screwdriver, push the tabs back through the slots to release the grille from the surround frame. 1.9 Using a 3/8 drill bit, drill out the two rivets on either side of the top of the grille frame, then gently lift and pull forward to release from the front fascia. %

STRUT Grille Fitment 2.1 Place the grille frame on its back on a flat surface and lay the STRUT grille on top of it, then align and center the grille within the frame. 2.2 Using a scribe or marker pen create a positioning mark around the end each of the bolts on the back of STRUT grille where they touch the frame. This will indicate where to drill holes in the frame. 2.3 Using a 3/8 drill bit, carefully drill through the frame in the positions that you marked previously. &

8 3. Front Fascia Assembly 3.1 After the new STRUT grille is installed, proceed to re install front fascia exactly as it was removed. Lift up front fascia assembly and align with lower large clips. Gently slide assembly forward ensuring correct alignment with main clips behind grille and clips in fenders at each side. 3.2 Reinstall 6 upper bolts and the 2 lower bolts underneath the car that hold the front fascia. 3.3 Reinstall bolts and clips in the wheel wells and wheel well liners. 9 4. LED Wiring Installation 4.1 The STRUT grille is supplied with the LED set and the wiring assembly. Insert the LED wires of the grille through the opening shown between the lights and the radiator Locate the harness coming out from front of the fuse box; pull out the wires from the insulation, select and separate the yellow wire from the bunch. 4.3 Set the headlamp switch to the on position; connect the insulation-piercing clip on the identified wire (yellow). Select knob to DC Volts in the digital multi-meter; it should read approximately 12 Volts. 4.4 Connector the red wire from the LED wiring assembly into the blind side of the insulation-piercing wire tap. *
