TurboMotor is optimal engine and core of Rotary-Hybrid Technology Press F5 for demonstration!
Problems A great variety of engine of different designs are used today. In addition, different types of engines need special fuel or electricity. All this taken together complicates and increases the cost of manufacturing and servicing of vehicles. 1.Gasoline + Oil 2.Gasoline 3.Diesel fuel 4.Jet propellant Electric cars do not save fossil fuels and are not fully autonomous, but require enormous infrastructure. Gas, oil, coil Steam plant Power line Transformer substation Losses Losses Losses The optimal engine is needed for modern transport! "Optimal" engine must combine the positive qualities of ALL known types of engines and have not theirs drawbacks 1-5
Rotary-Hybrid Technology is bloc of TurboMotor with Starter/Generator Optimal engine TurboMotor Starter/Generator TurboMotor combines in one structure the best features of ALL known engines and eliminates its drawbacks. TurboMotor eliminates a fundamental drawback of small gas-turbines a small pressure in the flowing combustion chamber (less 10 bar) and increase it up to 100 bar in TurboMotor for maximum efficiency and big torque like the diesel engines. TurboMotor is power turbine in fact with 4-stroke workflow which realize between blades of two rotors. Then it is not necessary a costly and bulky gas generator & reducer. 2-5 TurboMotor workflow use improved so-called Split-HCCI / DiesOtto-process which provides high efficiency and exhaust with minimum of harmful gases.
A) Original workflow The essence of HCCI / DiesOtto-process lies in the external formation of fuel-air mixture (like as in Otto engines) and in compression ignition (like as in diesel engines). 4-cycle workflow is realized with a steady burning of fuel in the permanently hot combustion chambers, which are located outside from the working volume. So engine has eco-safe exhaust and consumption of any sort of fuel. Split-HCCI Workflow with Split-HCC/DiesOtto-process (Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition) Diesel Otto HCCI B) The unique kinematics The main element of kinematics is a double-arm lever with a moving fulcrum in a circular path. This leads to changing a length of both levers and creates a torque M of engine. Exhaust F1 F1 F1 = F2 М F2 F2 Exhaust Intake F1 М Kinematic mechanism F2 Intake Exhaust Flame from spark ignition 2. Flame from DiesOtto / HCCI Exhaust Intake
Power range of TurboMotors Changing of working volume and power of "TurboMotor" comes in the cubic function when changing the geometric dimensions of the working cavity. Therefore, on the basis only of 3 standard kinematic mechanisms it is possible to obtain plenty of engines with power range from 35 up to 420 hp 35/50/80 hp ΔV = ΔL 3 110/150/200 hp 270/340/420 hp Grand total: Properties of Rotary-Hybrid Technology 1. Eco-safe for nature (due to Split-HCCI / DiesOtto-process ). 2. High efficiently and torque (like as diesels). 3. Consumption of any fuel (due to steady fuel burning in chambers). 4. High specific power (like as gas-turbines). 5. Small production cost (due to small number of parts). 6. High performance reliability (do not need a sync of fuel ignition). 7. Plenty of engines with different power of standard design.
Rotary-Hybrid Technology for Cars Scheme of Plug-in Hybrid Scheme ofmild-hybrid TurboMotor for car, 80 hp 4-5 TurboMotor is placed between bumper and front axis
DA36 E-Star Rotary-Hybrid Technology is ideal for General Aviation for such applications like Hybrid Planes or Hybrid Helicopters TurboMotor for aircraft, 200 hp EADS Innovation Works Rotary-Hybrid Technology for Buildings MYT-engine of R.Morgado (US Pat. 6,739,307) is an official prototype of our inventions (new kinematics & workflow of rotary ICE). TurboMotor Starter/Generator RHT is also suitable as a high efficient combined heat, electric and cold power unit full supply for buildings
Transport is the locomotive of the economy of developed countries, while the engines are the basic components of transport and a basis of a great number other commodities. Rotary-Hybrid Technology Innovation technologies of new materials, coatings, electronics, etc. From the engines for mopeds to jet aircraft is the way which went such well-known firms as Bombardier, Honda, etc. For example, the annual turnover of the company "Honda Motors" (over $ 554 billion) far exceeds the budgets of many countries in Europe. TurboMotors are the key component for modern cars and general aviation. We are looking for a Strategic Partner for this project.

13 Comments for slides 1. TurboMotor is general name of our invention. It is optimal engine and core of Rotary-Hybrid Technology. 2. This slide shows problems which are existed now. Each kind of transport needs a specific engines and special fuels. All this taken together complicates and increases the cost of manufacturing and servicing of vehicles. Solution of this problems is optimal engine. 3. This slide shows the main idea of Rotary-Hybrid Technology to joint TurboMotor with Starter/Generator. Here are shown a scheme of TurboMotor, its constructive appearance and Starter/Generator. Here is description of main features of TurboMotor. 4. This slide describes the main principles of 2 our inventions: a) Original workflow; b) Unique kinematics. Using of Split-HCCI provides eco-safe exhaust and high efficiency. A steady burning of fuel in the permanently hot combustion chambers provides consumption of any sort of fuel. 5. This slide explains how we provide making of plenty engines with different power of standard design. We use the property of changing of working volume and power of "TurboMotor" in the cubic function when changing the geometric dimensions of the working cavity. Here is Grand total: List of main properties of Rotary-Hybrid Technology. 6. This slide describes 2 main Schemes of Hybrid Cars. "TurboMotor" is so small and powerful that it can placed between bumper and front axis. 7. This slide shows applications of Rotary-Hybrid Technology for General Aviation and Buildings. 8. This slide convince of a huge scale of this project and its impotence for modern economics. Rotary-Hybrid Technology is a sum of many innovative technologies.
3 Evolution of engines Estimation of engine s constructive performance according to a kinematic parameter "K": K = W / S, where: W - number of moving Walls of the working volume; S - number of Strokes of the workflow. Power range from 35 up to 800 hp K3 = 3/4; K4 = 2/2 = 1; K5 = 8/4 = 2; Appendix 1 K6 = 16/4 = 4; K1 = 1/4; K2 = 2/6 = 1/3; Our 6 stroke RPE F.Wankel RPE Our Piston Turbine 4. 13 The Otto company " Deutz Gazmotoren factories" received a patent ( 532) to a new version of the engine - with horizontal cylinders which runs of four-cycle in The core of N.Otto invention lies in fulfillment ALL processes of workflow DISCRETELY in ONE cylinder. The essence of piston engines Modern HONDA Hybrid Engine Appendix 3 High-efficiency, lightweight, low-friction 1.3-liter SOHC i-vtec 4-cylinder engine Rated output is 65 kw 5,800 rpm, and rated torque is 121N m [12.3 kgf 4,500 rpm. DC Brushless Electric Motor contributes up to 10 kw 1,500rpm and 78N m [8.0 kgf m]. of 1,000rpm to the Insight's powertrain However engine with ONE CYLINDER is not suitable for use because it has a bad torque. The modern piston engine is in fact a few "bad" one-cylinder internal combustion engines which combined in one unit to help each another to revolve the output loading. Bulky boiler and furnace does not need to Internal Combustion Engine (ICE). SUMMARY: The presence of multiple cylinders in a piston engine design is the fact of it imperfection.
