3 X PUMPS EDCO X multi-stage vacuum pumps provide a wide array of styles and configurations to meet system requirements. Modular design allows stacking for up to four pump capacities. Wide-range ejector nozzles can operate from 45 to 8 psi (-6 bar). Prove Coaxial Technology provides greater efficiency than conventional ejectors. M-Series Ejectors may be operated at low air feed pressure for protection from fluctuating factory air supply pressures. L-Series Ejectors produce high-vacuum flow suitable for handling porous objects or overcoming other system leakage. Operate at lower air pressure so fluctuations in plant air pressure will not affect vacuum pump performance. Multi-Stage Pump modules for fast evacuation and greater efficiency. Integrated Solenoid Valves eliminate extra plumbing. Low power 4V DC,.W coils are employed to reduce loads on PLC controllers. Choose from solenoid, air pilot, or simple air supply controls. Integrated solenoid controlled blow-off with adjust flow control is available. utomatic blow-off module for single-input controls is available. Choose from four different vacuum switches for system monitoring. Vacuum filters are replaceable. Manifold versions with - stations and choice of common or separate air supply to all stations, plus control and sensing options are available. Manifolds include piped exhaust. Exhaust silencers are optional. High-quality finish includes anodizing or electroless nickel plating, stainless steel fasteners, stainless steel tie-rods, and glass reinforced PPS pump models and valve plate.
