Subracks This range of subracks is made in aluminium, supplied with a conductive surface finish that gives excellent electrical conductivity.

2 Subracks This range of subracks is made in aluminium, supplied with a conductive surface finish that gives excellent electrical conductivity. (Alodine 1000) available in 3U and 6U heights and thee different Board depth in 160, 220 and 280 mm. Subracks can be supplied with DIN41612 connector or backplane mounting with rear extrusion. The subrack is light weight, but strong. The fixed puncture guides are on multiples of 5.08 mm with a minimum distance of mm. 5 19 Caseframe 3HE and 6HE 19 EURO 90 Caseframe The 19 caseframe has the same technical characteristic of the desk top version. The 3U side aluminium extrusion can be used to form the 6U case frame version. The 19 rack version is only supplied in the 84TE wide version and available with four different depth. 10 Plug-in units 3HE EURO 90 modular plug-in units The modular plug-in units can be fitted into 3U EURO 90 subracks or caseframes through four standard card guides (see number part 0577). The plug-in unit can carry one or two single 100 x 160, 100 x 220, 100 x 280 EURO. The cards can be inserted at the left or the right. The drawers can be covered horizontally with a screen upon request. 12 Plug-in units 6HE EURO 90 modular plug-in units Front dimension This modular drawer can be fitted into 6U EURO 90 subrack or caseframe through four standard card guide (see part number). The plug-in unit allows one or two double x 160, x 220, x 280 EURO cards that can be entered through grooves to the left or right. In the back panel there are 2 groves to be used for connections. Horizontal or vertical drawer covers are supplied upon request. 13 Front panel 3HE - 6HE modular front panel EURO The aluminium front panel has an Alodine 1000 treated surface that is mechanically fixed to the card. The card can be fitted through a noryl V0 bracket. It is assembled on EURO 90 subrack and caseframe through a special fast turn screws without the use of a tapped strips. 16 Accessories Horizontally and vertically hinged panels The whole panel consists of an aluminium 25/10 Alodine 1000, an aluminium side border that runs the length of the panel, two blocks made with hinges made of nylon 66% and vetro 3%. Typically used in situations where quick access is needed to equipment, but do not want to remove the panel completely. Supplied with 1/4 rotary locks as standard. 18 Accessories SUBRACK COVER Top and base cover kits This range of top and base covers is suitable for fitting to EURO 90 subracks. Three depths are available for protecting guide area of 160 mm, 220 mm or 280 mm boards. The covers are available in a ventilated version. The plastic insert (0574) has to be mounted on the extrusion before the subrack can be assembled.
